Great tour experience - I had such an amazing trip. Everything was very well coordinated from the hotels, the tours and the drive to the different cities. The best part is our driver, Parveen. 10/10 Trip to Golden Triangle! - Choosing Joyful Holidays was the best decision we made in regards to our India trip. We are all American and had zero difficulty throughout the tour. The hotel check ins, the guides, and the travel in between cities was all seamless. Our driver Parveen was the best part of the tour. He was always on time, knowledgeable, and flexible to our wants. He was the glue that held our tour together and I highly recommend requesting him if you choose Joyful Holidays.

Amazing Experience! - We had an amazing time with Joyful Holidays and I can 100% attribute our experience to our amazing driver Parveen. I visited India for 8 days with 3 of my friends. We began in New Delhi, then traveled to Agra and Jaipur. Sonia, who organized our tour was so kind and responsive and made sure to organize the perfect itinerary. Our driver Parveen was perfect. He provided EXCELLENT service and was so attentive and funny! We always felt safe and comfortable the entire 8 days. He has been doing this for 20 years and it shows. Parveen knew each city like the back of his hand and was able to provide tons of local cultural knowledge that provided a ton of context for the city’s history. If you are coming to India, I 1000% recommend booking a tour with Joyful Holidays. You will not regret it.

Amazing trip - I had an incredible experience during my trip to India, and I can't recommend this service enough! Our driver (Pooran Singh)was not only professional but also a great guide throughout the journey. The car was always clean and well-maintained, making the long drives comfortable. The service provided was exceptional – they always made sure we had everything we needed, including bottled water. The guides we had at each stop were knowledgeable and spoke great English, which made exploring the sights even more enjoyable. The hotels we stayed in were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Overall, a seamless and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this service to anyone visiting India!

A worry-free tour with knowledgeable guides and fantastic sights - The tour was fantastic! The guides were very knowledgeable, providing interesting information and helpful context as they lead us around each site. They answered our questions. Pictures never quite capture the experience of being in a place but the guides had great tips of picture taking spots that produced pictures that got us closer to this aspiration. Our guides also served as trusted companions in these unfamiliar cities. For example, our guide asked if we wanted to take a 20 minute ride in a rickshaw around Delhi. We thought that'd be fun. He found a rickshaw driver for us and told us exactly how much we should pay the driver. Thanks to our guide, our decision to take the ride was quick and worry-free—whereas when we considered engaging in similar activities on our own before the tour, we constantly worried about whether we'd be tricked or pressured into paying extra. The tour was well planned and executed so nearly every moment was well spent. When we arrived at a site, our driver dropped us off at the entrance. In some cases, the guides were even able to bring us all the way up to the front of the line so we didn't have to wait. Our guide and driver coordinated such that, when we were done with a site, our driver was there ready to bring us to the next location. We never had to wait. On some days, the tour included a stop at a local shop. At each of these stops, we had a small snack (e.g. a samosa and chai) and got to learn about the process of manufacturing a local speciality. Delhi was about rugs & scarfs, Agra was about marble, and Jaipur was about gemstones. Then they showed us some of their final products and gave us the option to shop and make purchases. There wasn't a strong pressure to buy anything—about half of the time we ended up not making any purchases. During these stops, I enjoyed learning about local specialities and getting to see behind the scenes of how they are manufactured. The guides were accommodating to our preferences. We let our guides know that, instead of paying site entree fees with cash and having to manage the cash, we'd prefer to pay with credit card or online. As a result, we paid most site entree fees with credit card or online. I really enjoyed this tour! Between the guides and driver, we had a lot of great information about the sites, we got to and from each site without having to wait around, and we received trusted advice for additional things we wanted to do in these unfamiliar cities. I would do another tour with this company!

First India trip - golden triangle - I was on the golden triangle tour in December 2024 and loved it. Our tour guide in Delhi, Alvina, was so nice and sweet and loves her city. She honestly seemed happy to be showing us around. She also was great with dealing with my jet lag which made me slightly nauseous and unable to partake in some things (and seriously needing food). She successfully handled competing needs of myself and others in the tour. Our Jaipur guide, Rajesh, was willing to take as much time as we needed to see sites and he really seemed happy to explain take time and show/explain to us everything. But truthfully the hidden gem was our driver, Rajuddin. He was with us for the whole time. He was able to recommended good restaurants to eat at for dinner — and he went out of his way to drive us to and from dinner and any other random, not put of tour, excursions we decided to do. He was definitely the gem of the tour group. ——— Things I wish I had known (and may not be specific to Joyful holidays; I don’t know) 1) cost for sites is separate and roughly 500 rupee each. Expect to pay this for each one — in cash! (Despite that whole “some take cards”) 2) tour guide is per city, going between cities was just our driver; he was really our life line in knowing what’s going on. 3) sometimes it feels very last minute, what’s going on. I’m not sure why, but everything is done and organized and just works out.

5* Golden Triangle Experience - From the moment I enquired about a guided trip of the Golden Triangle, I got the best service. I dealt directly with Sonia, the owner of the company. The organisation of our itinerary was impeccable. The instructions were clear and concise and we were kept appraised of everything by WhatsApp constantly. We travelled from England to Delhi and from the moment we were met at the airport, everything went like clockwork. Our driver Ram was fantastic and made us feel special. The car was a brand new SUV, air conditioned with new car smell and leather seats. Ram kept the car pristine and chose modern and clean stop off points for coffee and snacks. The tours themselves were well thought through and not too punishing. We had 4 platinum standard guides who all spoke excellent English and gave tour talks that brought the history alive. There was nothing they could have done to make our journey and holiday more comfortable and interesting - I would highly recommend them

Pick up & drop off at Airport made easy by Sonia. ITC Hotels were clean & food excellent in Jaipur & Agra. I would highly recommend Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. A bit of distance from Airport, but well worth the extra effort.

Wonderful and safe trip in india - My trip was wonderful, good driver, he take care of me a lot, and all the guides had a nice explanation about attractions, and my dream was came true to see the Tajmahal, The most important thing is that I feel very safe during the whole trip. I don't need to worry about danger, blackmail or diarrhea. My friends also changed them mind about India when they saw my instagram story, thank for all arranging in India
