5* Golden Triangle Experience - From the moment I enquired about a guided trip of the Golden Triangle, I got the best service. I dealt directly with Sonia, the owner of the company. The organisation of our itinerary was impeccable. The instructions were clear and concise and we were kept appraised of everything by WhatsApp constantly. We travelled from England to Delhi and from the moment we were met at the airport, everything went like clockwork. Our driver Ram was fantastic and made us feel special. The car was a brand new SUV, air conditioned with new car smell and leather seats. Ram kept the car pristine and chose modern and clean stop off points for coffee and snacks. The tours themselves were well thought through and not too punishing. We had 4 platinum standard guides who all spoke excellent English and gave tour talks that brought the history alive. There was nothing they could have done to make our journey and holiday more comfortable and interesting - I would highly recommend them

Pick up & drop off at Airport made easy by Sonia. ITC Hotels were clean & food excellent in Jaipur & Agra. I would highly recommend Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. A bit of distance from Airport, but well worth the extra effort.

Wonderful and safe trip in india - My trip was wonderful, good driver, he take care of me a lot, and all the guides had a nice explanation about attractions, and my dream was came true to see the Tajmahal, The most important thing is that I feel very safe during the whole trip. I don't need to worry about danger, blackmail or diarrhea. My friends also changed them mind about India when they saw my instagram story, thank for all arranging in India

Lived up to the name! - We booked a Golden Triangle tour from Joyful Holidays only 10 days in advance and Sonia and her team delivered! Everything from airport pickup to itinerary, hotels and guides was customized for our schedule and went flawlessly. We really enjoyed the sights without worrying about logistics. All we had to do was show up! Our driver Ajay was friendly and an expert driver, he cut through the insane city traffic without any stress and we enjoyed spending the week with him. Sonia also went out of her way to ensure we were enjoying the tour and were 'joyful' the entire time. We are happy to recommend Joyful Holidays and support a woman-owned business!

A most joyful tour. - Ms Sonia of Joyful Tours organized a really wonderful tour of the Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Gwalior areas. Her staff were amazing and really contributed to our experience. Our driver Dev was always in good spirits and very kind/polite. He made sure we were always comfortable and was flexible to our travel needs. In addition, he provided great company for our long journeys between cities. Our tour guides, Mr. Vivek, Rajesh and Zubair were very knowledgeable and jolly. They had a passion for the sites which came through in their tours. They additionally accommodated our needs by ensuring we had time to rest while touring sites. They never hurried us and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. I would most definitely utilize Sonia’s help in organizing any tour in this area.

Amazing tour of the Golden Triangle, couldn’t recommend highly enough - We had an absolutely amazing trip with Joyful holidays. We had to rely on reviews when choosing this tour and I was so glad we believed the great reviews of Sonia’s company, it definitely exceeded our best expectations. Sonia took the time to meet us personally and kept in touch with us throughout the trip to ensure all was going well. It was obvious that she had carefully chosen hotels, driver and guides with excellent reputations. The tour was extremely well organised which made it easy and enjoyable to see so many sites in each city we went to. Our driver Shiva was fantastic, the best driver we could ever have asked for, we felt like we made a lovely new friend in India. He was so friendly, always in great humour and doing anything he could to help us. He had excellent English and great local knowledge to share. His car was in perfect condition, very comfortable with air con and bottled water. He was extremely professional, the trip went so smoothly because he always knew the best places to drop us at each site and was there waiting whenever we were ready to go to the next one, there was never any waiting around or long walks from the car. Anyone would be lucky to have him driving for their tour. The trip was very well planned, with plenty of time to see everything and also to take time to shop or rest. The hotels were very nice and comfortable and Shiva always knew good restaurants to stop for lunch or dinner en route. The tour guides were excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly with excellent English. I can’t believe how much we learnt about India and about the different sites in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. I would highly recommend Joyful Holidays, Sonia and Shiva to anyone planning a trip to India. We had the best time and I would love to travel more with them in the future. Sonia’s story of starting a female led tour company is admirable and impressive and I wish her and her team great success.

The monuments of the Golden Triangle in one great week - My wife and I tasked Sonia of Joyful Holidays with the challenge of organizing a week-long trip to India’s Golden Triangle (New Dehli, Agra and Jaipur) that wouldn’t feel rushed. She did a wonderful job of organizing visits to the types of sites first-time India travelers would hope to see... and we still had a little time to breathe. We worked on a few versions of the itinerary until we arrived at one that exactly fit our requirements. Sonia was a delight to work with and was always at the ready to answer a question both before the trip and during it. We met Sonia in New Dehli and she was as lovely in person as she was through our e-mail correspondence. Her guides were also quite good, especially Sanjay in Jaipur. The accommodations were all quite nice and provided a wonderful respite after a long day of seeing the sites and negotiating the traffic. Speaking of which, travel in India is not as simple as other parts of the world and a great driver can make all the difference. We had one in Rajesh. He was knowledgeable, friendly, extremely service-oriented and drove like the car was an extension of his body (which is essential on India’s roadways!). He went out of his way to be available both for the standard itinerary and also for special circumstances like a last-minute trip to a fabric factory for a repair of a custom-made jacket. With people like Sonia, Sanjay and Rajesh, we felt well-taken care-of, learned a ton, and made new friends in India. Thanks, Joyful Holidays!

Great communication and service for a week in Rajasthan! - I booked a week trip with joyful (Sonia) and was very pleased with the result. We booked independently (not through TripAdvisor) and wanted to configure the trip in different ways to see sites that I felt would be more enjoyable for my family. The driver that was selected knew good English and was experienced driving around the places that we had to go (which is needed as roads in central cities are so narrow no car can rationally go down - so Google maps can lead you astray easily). We also liked the guides that Sonia hired - each again spoke good English and were knowledgeable about their respective cities. I would recommend Sonia and Joyful to all who are considering traveling in the region.
