Amazing, flexible, 10/10 - Ghum India Ghum were incredible at every point. We had a custom itinerary and they were very flexible before we travelled to ensure we got to do what we wanted. The flexibility didn't stop there as every guide arranged by Ghum India Ghum were equally as flexible, helping us fit in things not on the itinerary. We visited Agra, Taj Mahal, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Bundi and Udaipur across 9 days. We had arranged guides in some places but in others our driver helped us find trusted registered local guides. Our driver Harish was just as amazing as the rest of the trip really helping us out at every point he could. He was flexible on timings every day, gave us good advice, took us to great places for lunch on those long drives and was an excellent driver in the busy Indian towns and cities. We couldn't have asked for more from this company and would use them again in a heart beat. They're helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and above all else reasonably priced! Best Of India! - Ghum India Ghum was a real blessing. They took care of all the usual headaches when traveling so you don’t have to worry. I had an amazing time at Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambore Tiger Safari, Agra, Khajuraho, Orchha, Bandhavgarh Tiger Safari, Panna Tiger Safari, Kahna Tiger Safari, Varanasi, and Ayodhya. They coordinated pickups and drop offs at airports and train stations and arranged sites and stops with local tour guides. Altaf did an amazing job getting me from Jhansi to Khajuraho and through the National Parks and back to Jabalpur. We did many different tours and stops and local food not even on the itinerary. Ved was great company through Golden Triangle stops of Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. He was always going the extra mile. Mr. Pintu was a lot of help at drop offs and pickups in very crowded areas with narrow roads in Varanasi. He spent his own time making sure my last days in Ayodhya were packed full of things do see and do. All my local guides were wonderful and knew everything about the history and architecture of the locale. They knew where to go to get the best views and save the most time. Amazing Experience, Amazing Tour Guides - After doing a tremendous amount of research for our trip to India, we decided to go with Ghum India Ghum for their great reviews and extensive experience. We were not disappointed! The trip was wonderful: really well-planned, safe, and enlightening, with amazing tour guides and quality hotels. Our first guide Nik was really patient and friendly as he toured us around Old and New Delhi, through the markets, temples, and streets of Delhi. He took very good care of us, and showed us exactly what we wanted to see on our first day. I was nervous as this was my first trip to India, but we felt well taken care of the moment we met Nik. In Agra, we were hosted by Tarun Joshi across two days, and we visited the Red Fort, the Gardens, and the Taj Mahal. He was extremely knowledgeable, explaining to us the fascinating history of the Mughal Empire from Babur on down through his descendents, and took extremely good care of us: we hitched onto auto-rickshaws, showed us great restaurants, and took a million photos. In addition to being a good tour guide, he's also a good photographer! Overall, it was a great tour group and an even better trip!

VISIT TO TAJ MAHAL - Visit to Taj Mahal was of great experience. We were thrilled by seeing this world famous monument with our guide Tarun Joshi explained us in detail. He also told us about this monument. He took us in side, step by step explaining in detail. We entered the center of Taj Mahal. He explained abot the fantastic architecture done so maticulusly. Architecture is of world class. He also showed the Yamuna River. Our guide Tarun Joshi also told us where to take the photos. My self and my husband were happy by the information given "TARUN JOSHI".Guide Tarun Joshi is a fantastic narrator and a very good in his job,very punctual and honest. He done his work with dedication.Our time with him was fantastic and joyous. Thank you TARUN for your fantastic job. We are greatful to "Tripadvisor" for giving such good guide to us.

V good tour company, reasonable price, great time - Our trip with Ghum India Ghum was truly a wonderful 18 day trip of the Golden Triangle and i would whole heartedly recommend using them. Ghum India Ghum made it possible for us to see an intimate part of India, and felt the culture at its roots. it was a very good and memorable trip. We went for quite a long trip ( private trip for two of us) with Ghum India Ghum ( translated as Travel India Travel )- about 17-18 days . this was their Grand tour of the Golden Triangle but we added Rathanbhore national park, Udaipur , Bikaneer, Jaipur and Shimla. As you can see it was quite extensive. the trip ended in early March 2020 before the Covid19 storm grounded us . When we started looking to visit the Golden Triangle, we trawled through Tripadvisor to find a good local travel agent and Ghum India Ghum was one of the top three with the best ratings. After going to and fro , with the three companies . we finally chose Ghum India Ghum (GIG). Their prices were reasonable comparatively . but more importantly they were prompt with their replies ; and also were very flexible with our itinerary as we kept adding in odd places. and one could sense their customer friendly approach. They requested 50% as a deposit with the remainder to be paid on arrival. As we ware cautious people, we did hesitate for a bit but it was really unnecessary . They received the money, confirmed its receipt officially and were at the airport to pick us up. We neednt have worried. The driver, Deepak , waited at the appointed arrival gate with a sign and also flower garlands for us it was a very nice gesture. On the 2nd day during free time , Deepak brought us to the Travel office to pay our remaining money , in British pounds ( or any currency you want). and we met the owner Saurav . Both Deepak and Saurav are genuinely very customer friendly people. and take great trouble to look after us during our trip. Saurav is a quiet soft spoken person with an intellectual bent. ( luckily for us , as we tend to not like brash , loud spoken , hard selling salesmen) . He set up a 'whats app group' for our coordinator Akshay ( good man as well ), Saurav himself and our driver . Every day or two , saurav would inquire via Whatsapps as to how we were getting on . It clearly demonstrated that he cared about our feelings about our trip and would have corrected any mishaps or poor service quite quickly which was very reassuring. Nothing ever did go wrong but it was nice to know he checked. The driver Deepak is really very good. Good natured and a good personality , good English and very patient. Our regret is that we didn't tip him enough. I would really recommend him if you wanted a great driver. its only after the trip ended that we realise he had done things outside his duties to make sure we had a great time - like tipping rickshaw riders to make sure they looked after us a a bird sanctuary, not bringing us to unwanted shops or factories ( which quite often paid a commission to drivers and tour guides) , and stopping at places along the way so that we could see more of India . so if you have him , please give him a good tip. Because he deserves every penny. we also realised his worth after we had different drivers during our trip. The trip was well organised, the tour guides used by GIG were good. and because we travelled as a private group, we had more time at places where we had an interest. if you want a great trouble free ad memorable trip for northern India and not pay thru your nose. i would recomend using Ghum India Ghum without hesitation. Good luck with your planning and hope you will enjoy India as much as we did.

Wonderful tour - We contacted Ghum India Ghum on recommendation from our friends, and we’re not disappointed. They booked hotels, a driver (Deepak ji), and guides for us in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Our guide in Agra was Tarun Joshi. Joshi showed us the baby Taj, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and was a wonderful guide. He shared lots of information about the Mughal emperors and the architecture on display. Our driver was very skilled in Delhi traffic and altogether wonderful. I would highly recommended Ghum India Ghum!

Terrible - The person that planned my trip his name is Saurav I requested only five star hotels none what are the standards of five stars when I call to talk to him he did not pick up the phone I have to pay out-of-pocket to go to a different hotels he did not wanna have any responsibility we were supposed to have a holy festival in Jaipur which one he schedule it for March 19 Holy Festival is March 18 when I message him he told me that because of Covid it was not festival in across the street from the hotel that I have to move myself they just finished having the Holi festival so he lie to me so this trip cost me $400 extra and hotels because he did not delivery what I ask for . He’s driver Chigu was excellent always sometime. The tour guy Taran Joshi Very nice very knowledgeable And has a lot of patience
