Very Good - Made a great day - Was put in touch with Unisafe tours through UP Tourist Board, this made our day in Agra very easy, we were met in at the Railway station, given our guide Azhar for the day who was brilliant and had a very informative trip a round the sights. The transport was great all day and we were than taken back to catch our train to Jaipur. Even when finding our train was cancelled we were able to arrange transport through Unisafe to Jaipur which diffused a potentially stressful situation. A arrangements were made through Vishal at Unisafe who made planning this very easy. we would highly recommend.

Unisafe tours - the only way to do the Golden Triangle - I was recommended by a business associate to use Unisafe whilst I was languisihing in Goa for three months. I contacted Vishal who put together a package for me including practical arrangements with travel to / from Goa - this was all via the internet and a series of Emails that Vishal and I exchanged with excellent response times to my many frustrating questions and requests :) I took the train from Goa - 26 hours, but on Vishal's advice decided to take it one way and to fly back - it was great advice and whilst I enjoyed the train experience and recommend the route - it would have been a long trip back after 5 days on the road. I was met at Delhi by the driver Shiva - who was excellent throughout my tour and ensured that I was both comfortable and getting the most out of my limited time on the tour. The selecetd hotels were excellent quality (3star) - I had heard so many horror stories, but had no issue with any of the hotels specified. The tour itself was smooth and at my pace, which I appreciated. In hindsight - maybe the tour of Delhi was not a good use of my time - the traffic and getting about Delhi (whilst an experience) takes too long with maybe 4 or 5 places to visit taking 7hours of siiting in traffic- dont get me wrong there is plenty to see and experience - but I was 2 nights in Delhi and was glad to get on the road. Agra and Jaipur are everything I expected of India - rich in splendour and humble in experience. A great tour - I met Vishal en-route to Jaipur - a super individual who is genuinely building a business based on trust and who cares enough to ensure his guests get the trip they will remember. Wonderful visiting in Delhi and Agra - Unisafe Tours has organised a full day tour in Delhi and next day in Agra for us . From Delhi to Agra and return we’ve preferred to take the train. Everything ( pickup, drop off, tickets etc.) was well organised. The tour-guides and drivers were informative and punctual. It was a pity that we do not get the promised German speaking tour guide in Delhi . A special thank you we said to Vishal Gupta for his kind service to wait with us for more than 2 hours at the Agra Station when the train was delayed and to our driver in Delhi who picked us up at the railway station after midnight . It was a pity that we had no more time for visiting Delhi and Agra . Next time we will choose Vishal and his team again.
