Scorching Heat, Unforgettable Tour! - Excellent tour with Owais, a thoughtful guide who made me feel safe all day. He was patient as I shopped for gifts and took photos. The only downside was the 40+ degree weather. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Taj! - The whole experience was very pleasant. We were staying at the Taj Palace in Chanakyapuri. The driver, Sonu, arrived promptly at the appointed time. The ride to Agra was comfortable and we were met by the guide, Kamran Khan near the Taj Mahal. Kamran walked us through the history of the Taj. He was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant personality. We spent a couple of hours and then visited Agra fort too after lunch.we were back in Delhi by 7 pm. Overall, it was a great experience!

Comfortable tour with friendly and flexible staff. - The tour operator Junaid was very responsive. He understood our need for a large and comfortable car, and for clean and hygienic rest stops, and made arrangements for the same. He also suggested that we start our tour an hour earlier than planned, which turned out to be a good decision given the 110+ degree heat. The driver Shamsuddin arrived on time and took us safely to Agra and back. He was also very friendly and pleasant to talk to. In Agra, we met our tour guide Amir Abdul. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of information about the Taj Mahal in a short time. He also knew the best picture spots and did an amazing job getting us lovely photos with various filters applied (we got many compliments on these photos). We went to Agra Fort after Taj Mahal and again, Abdul did a great job with the tour and photos. Abdul took us to a traditional artisan shop afterwards. There was no pressure to buy anything but we ended up getting a couple of small pieces anyway as souvenirs. On our way back to Delhi, we requested a quick stop at a particular location in Delhi to pick up something, and the tour operator accommodated that without issue. Overall, it was a very comfortable and safe trip and I would recommend the company to anyone without hesitation. A couple of suggestions I have to enhance their service would be: (a) Make the ticket purchasing more efficient, as it took around 10-15 minutes to get our IDs and purchase tickets for the Taj Mahal after arriving in Agra, and (b) Carry/offer light-colored umbrellas in case someone shows up without adequate sun protection — this was not an issue for us as we had hats, sunscreen and sunglasses, but I wanted to mention it as an service enhancement that could be offered. They could also give a list of things to bring to their guests in advance of the trip.
