All you need to do is plan to be in Agra anytime between sunrise and sunset (6:30 am to 6 pm), which are the visiting hours of the Taj, and spend at least an hour there. Considering it takes approximately 3.5 hours to drive from Delhi airport to Agra, you just need to plan your arrival and departure flights to Delhi accordingly.
