Trip from dehli to Agra taj mahal - Kept informed of arrangements and collected from hotel and taken to train. Met in Agra by Rajkumar who took us on a very informative tour of Taj Mahal. He spoke excellent English and answered all questions. We were taken to a buffet curry lunch in a clean restaurant . Excellent food. Visiting Agra fort after lunch and baby Taj Mahal. Very good all day trip. Excellent value.

The Taj without the worry - Outstanding tour with nothing left to chance - pickup from the hotel, shepherded onto the train, met at the far end. Guide and drivers all excellent, cannot recommend highly enough

Nice and useful - Was a nice overview of Taj Mahaj and Agra. The car with AC made a big difference. My guide, Neeraj Gupta was quite knowledgeable. Overall a pleasant day in Agra.

Fantastic Taj Mahal Tour! - Booked this tour roughly 10 days beforehand as had been looking at going to the Taj Mahal at sunrise in a car but in the end I couldn’t be bothered with all the time spent in the car so booked this tour including fast train. Booking and communication was very fast and good with Manoj & we were collected promptly by Hun in the lobby of our hotel on the day at 7AM and proceeded to the Railway station. The driver was also happy for me to stop and get some rupees from an ATM as we arrived late the night before and had no money. We were then kindly given our return train tickets and personally put on the train by Manoj and were to be met by our guide on arrival in Agra. The train journey takes 90 minutes and you are given snacks and tea/coffee/water. On arrival in Agra we were met by our fantastic guide Mr Rajkumar Tripathi - he was a super host obviously knowledgeable but so patient and calm. We were then offered rest breaks and proceeded to be taken to the Taj. On arrival Rajkumar asked if we wanted professional photos taken which normally I wouldn’t but it’s so cheap he arranged everything and the album we had is wonderful so I would suggest getting this done. Whilst you explore the fantastic Taj and listen to the great history from Rajkumar the photos are ready before you leave. We then visited a Cashmere shop and had a buffet lunch. Afternoon we visited the Baby Taj and the Agra Fort and finally a special museum- great day made great by Rajkumar. All in all if you want to visit the Taj Mahal and Agra sights and want no hassle then this is a fantastic tour to do and takes the stress out of everything. Thanks to Mr Rajkumar Tripathi and Manoj for a great day made so easy!

Honest opinions. - Pros: The pickup/drop off all around was excellent. Our guide was personable, knowledgeable (mostly), and a fair photographer. The sites were beautiful and we were allowed time to absorb. Cons: A minor detail, but seemed amiss for an experienced travel guide. We asked about the meanings of inscriptions from the Koran around the entrance of the gate, the Taj and on the tombs themselves and the response was "I am Hindu and cannot read them". A simple google search later gave a wealth of information that would have been nice to have on site (the internet is spotty, so we couldn't do it ourselves). The lunch, quite frankly, was the most boring, bland food I have eaten in India, and perhaps ever. How did they make mixed vegetables taste have no taste? This last negative is endemic on tours anywhere. Please do not drop us off at a "hard sale" shop when we requested local artisan crafts. That left a bad taste in our mouths, to counter the bland lunch.

Private Same Day Taj Mahal - Our day started out great when we were greeted early in the morning in a nice clean SUV with a wonderful driver Mr. Smith and our guide Manoj. Manuj did a wonderful job at having our train tickets booked and getting us safely to the train station and on the express train. We were very grateful to have such excellent support getting to the station and onto the train. The express train arrive safely in agra and again we had an excellent driver and a very nice guy who met us at the train station. Our guide, Shanti was very experienced and had been doing these tours for 31 years. Shanti had many amazing and detailed stories about the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort And the Baby Taj. His broken English was often difficult to understand and we had to work very hard to follow what he was saying at times. We really felt like we were with someone who promised us VIP treatment. When we entered the experience at the Taj Mahal and went through the first gate, The first view of the Taj Mahal was breathtaking! It was even more amazing that it was built more than 350 years ago. It was clear as we were visiting the Taj Mahal that Shanti had many connections having done this to her for 31 years. When we enter the Taj Mahal however,we got a “very bad taste in our mouth”. Inside the Mausoleum the “guards”for the dead bodies were very aggressive about us “donating money”, after one donation they gave us a “VIP” demonstration. The demonstration included a flashlight on the marble and gemstone decorations inside the Mausoleum as if the moon was shining through. Then demanding more money. Our trusted guide, Shanti just left us to the “guards”. As we witnessed other groups getting the same translucent experience as part of their tour. At the end of the tour of the Taj the gate he led us to was locked and we were unable to get out. We walked further on a less common opening in a gate,where Shanti paid to get out, after several people were soliciting us for way overpriced items. After giving tours for 31 years he clearly was aware of what he was doing. We were truly set-up.The rest of the day was difficult as were weren’t sure who we could trust. When I questioned Shanti on why he would treat us in such a way, he interrupted and talked over me as he had earlier in the day. We spent an extra long time at lunch, as we didn’t not feel safe or comfortable, but we had the rest of the day, until our 5pm train. Manoj, was a welcome face in Delhi and he and Mr.Smith were incredibly gracious and delivered us safely to our hotel, and had safely stored our luggage for the day..

Skip! Rude attitude... - Tran trip wasn’t available although you could easily book it on online. Later I received call and they suggested car option without reducing price which was at least 100 eur less then train option. After I asked specific car due to my height and neck problem they tried to charge additional 60 USD for Toyota innova. After I got pissed they agreed to same price as train option. If I had more time in Delhi I would book with another agency and payed way less. Rude and ripoff. Skip!
