This is a hot place full of history about pepper sauce! - I always love Tabasco, but after this experience, I am a forever customer. So much joy and love and genuine care goes into this product. Our tour guide Lisa was phenomenal. She has been with the company 25 years plus and her knowledge of just the process and how the process from buying a bottle was so extraordinary. This company is so down to earth and genuinely care about their people. It was really cool to see this in action as we were walking into the mixing room we ended up actually getting to meet Harold G Osborne, who is fifth generation family member and the eighth family member to lead the company. That was such an honor to be able to shake the man’s hand as well as the head of HR was accompanying him. They tell you so much about the process and history of how the Mcllhenny family started the business and has kept it in the business. If you’re in Southwest Louisiana, definitely worth the stop or you could be like us that was on second anniversary road trip and this was on our stop list. It is definitely worth a stop. My wife was not a hot sauce, lover at all and she got so much from this tour. And she ended up actually trying all of the sauces from mild to hottest as your taste buds get pain. It didn’t even hurt or feel any change of temperature difference. It was so much fun. Make sure you leave some extra time though at the end of your tour to where you don’t miss the gift shop closing because you wanna take a memory home with you,

Great way to spend a day. - Great way to spend the day. The self guided tour is very interesting. Viewing the inside of the factory and seeing the stats of how many bottles were filled that day and where they were going was fun. Driving and walking around the gardens is simply beautiful. Found lots of great items at the gift shops. Different things at each gift shop. Lunch at the restuarant was the highlight of the day. The chef came out and visiting with us while we were eating. The Gumbo is award winning but the Corn and Crab Chowder was my favorite, well actually the cheesecake with praline sauce was but chowder was second. Getting to try all the different tabasco sauces was fun too.

Day Trip to Spice Town - My husband and I went on this tour last week and it was informative and fun. One of my favorite parts was the gift store and sampling station. There are sauces in the gift shop that you cannot get in stores and I loved that, I wish I lived close enough to visit every few months. My other favorite part was the Bloody Mary bar. They give you a glass with the ice and vodka and you get to make your own. It was the best bloody mary I have ever had. Eggs poached in Tabasco is something you have to try, it is amazing!!

Finally made it!!! - AWESOME experience!!!!! Had this on the bucket list for many years!!!! Beautiful grounds!!!!! 5 star plus ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurant was fabulous!!!!!

Wonderful Experience - We enjoyed the tour very much. EVERYONE we encountered was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. We loaded up on sauces to bring home with us.

Lisa is fantastic! - We took the guided tour with Lisa as our guide. She was fantastic! Even her husband threw her a kiss when we were in the bottling process! That was so sweet!! Lisa was very informative and made the whole process interesting! Never a dull moment while in her tour! Thank you Lisa!

Resting island and factory to visit - The visit to the island is really very relaxing amidst the southern oaks and some alligators and turtles. The tabasco museum is really interesting because it is well explained by following the preparation phases until the traffic jam. Delusional shop where the name tabasco is written on all types of products.

If you want a good experience/tour go to Jack Daniels in Tennessee - This was a very boring self tour. Their written displays were informative but all you saw were covered machines or conveyer belts moving the tabasco bottles along - you heard manufacturing going on behind walls but never viewing first hand the process.
