Great intro to the city for first timers - Great way to get an overview of the city, and history and to get to different areas of the city. The Garden District and French Quarter tours are also highly recommended for a few dollars more. Many of the guides are excellent. A/C is on the lower bus, and views are on the top deck.

Highly highly highly recommend - We bought a two day pass and it was awesome. We got to ride at several times and hear different versions of the history and the area from three different tour guides the first one no line, Linda was great very knowledgeable of the area and very entertaining. The second woman we only had for a short time before her shift ended again very knowledgeable. The third guy very monotone could not understand but at this point, we knew where we were going the last trip. It was very late didn’t realize that there were different times that these run and the woman went above and beyond to make sure that we got to our next bus, so that we can catch the car to get back to our hotel overall the operation the tour guides the cleanliness highly recommend will do it again

Pretty cool! - Hop on/off bus was pretty cool. Took us all over town! If you have evening plans make sure you start early, it takes 90 minutes to get all the way through plus the time that you spend off the bus. The tour guides are funny and have a lot of info! We used it over two days, most of the time they showed up every 30 minutes and they have an app so you can see where the next bus is!

Garden District Walking Tour disappointing - Enjoyed the New Orleans Hop-On Hop-Off bus ride and commentary. Our first guide gave great information while speaking very fast. Our second guide also provided pertinent information speaking at a slower pace. The Garden District tour was disappointing. We did not walk much of the area stopping often for a detailed history lesson. I would have appreciated more information regarding the architecture of the area and homes.

Don’t Hop On - The walking tour is the best experience of this whole package. The bus tour is not worth the price. My family and I waited over 45 minutes in the hot and humid temperature for a bus that kept saying it was arriving on the app and the. Would change to 3 minutes away. By the time the bus arrived, it was almost full, and they wanted us to sit up top in the sun again. Also, we jumped on the last bus of the day at Stop number 3. When the bus pulled up, the driver and your person said that they are only going to stop 5, and we would have to take the red trolley and then transfer to the green trolley to get to the Garden District. We were dropped off at an unfamiliar location and was told we can walk several miles down the road to get to the red trolley. We needed up paying for an Uber. This tour pass is not worth the price. I recommend taking a trolley, Uber, or setting up a different tour to learn about the city.

Dissapointed - Most memorable parts:(?): difficulty understanding where to meet and when to meet up for the walking tour; NOT connecting with the tour guide; feeling that we wasted money for service not received.
