Wonderful tour - Wonderful tour, both guides telling about interesting places to visit! Many interesting stops along the way to see, especially the garden district tour with our guide Collin, and our stop and tour through the cemetery.

No hopping on & off. Just sit back, relax, and take mental notes to revisit sights. - Tour narrator quite enthusiastic about city. Enjoyed his narration. Highlighted good points of interest which we later visited.

Fun, Educational, and Exploration - I always enjoy city bus tours, you can easily get the scope of a city in a short amount of time with all the fun facts, the tour guides are always friendly and I loved the shade that was provided on the bus due to the heat. I enjoyed myself. Thank you Viator!

Great way to learn the city! - This is a really great way to see the city. You learn something new. The tour guide makes the difference though. Highly recommended.

Great way to see the city - This was a great way to see the city. You can pick it up at any of the 18 or so stops around the area and get off at any location. It is a double decker so you can enjoy it outdoors or enjoy the airconditioned inside. There is a tour guide on board, pointing out different things along the way. The stops are well marked and you do receive a map. We were treated with a "Second LIne" on Bourbon Street. It was graduates from Tulane. Not a wedding, but still had the band and umbrellas. This was actually a highlight for me. Traditions. Love it.

Not a bad way to see New Orleans! - This is cool to utilize for traveling around the city. You have access for 24 hours and can literally hop on and off to visit multiple areas. There are two cons: closes at 5:30pm and sometimes the stops are overcrowded; causing you to wait for the next bus (about a 20 - 25 minute wait).

Great Tour! - The bus tour was wonderful. Ellen did a fantastic job of giving riders a brief but concise tour of several areas of downtown New Orleans. Demetra navigated the roads with expertise, making a quick but safe detour due to some construction. The lines were long at some stops however and sometimes seats weren't available to waiting riders. I could not sit with my husband when we initially boarded but as people got off, we were able to sit together. Some shaded waiting areas along with some cool water would be helpful to waiting customers at more popular pick-up and drop-off spots.

A Brilliant Tour Ruined - First, the good. Guide Alan was superb; knowledgeable, engaging and clear. Sadly he switched after five stops with Jonathan. I hate to be so critical but he was the worst hop on hop off guide we have ever encountered on our many trips to all parts of the world. He spoke so quickly and blurred his words one into the other that we understood less than 50% of what he said. It was noticeable that more and more passengers started chatting amongst themselves. It became too much trying to concentrate on what he was saying and we were actually relieved to leave the bus.

The worse bus ever - Waited for two hours in one of the days, every time a bus would stop, was full. I end up getting an Uber. The second day I give them another chance and this time I had to wait an hour, did got a chance to get in one, but it was an extremely hot day and bus ac was not working and windows couldn’t be open. Terrible experience, never again will get this sh…et again. Note: person speaking was nice as well as all the bus drivers that everyone of them that had to explain to us and all other people were waiting for the bus for a long time, that there were not space on the bus for them. Owners of this company, you should be a shame of ruining our family vacation and with all heart I want to tell you F..K Y.U
