Perfect New Orleans Experience! - This is a wonderful class and Raymond was a terrific teacher. It’s a great way to really experience New Orleans as well as bringing home the best souvenir ever - cooking skills you can recreate at home. I took the class with my 13 year old grandson and he loved it, too. Raymond promised us a great New Orleans meal - and it was. Also appreciated all his extra tips. We leaned a lot. A ++ experience!

The BEST experience! - This was by far the highlight of our trip. Chef Raymond was great. He shared lots of secrets to cooking, shared stories, and taught us all how to cook roux for gumbo and shrimp etouffee. After we all cooked and ate our food we had helped prepare, Chef made a banana foster for us which was delicious! This was probably the best meal we ate while we were in NOLA. We will definitely do another class on our next trip.
