Once your dish is artfully arranged, it’s time to savor your creation.\nThe final segment of our class, which might just be the highlight, involves learning to concoct Bananas Foster. The Mardi Gras School of Cooking offers small, intimate, hands-on classes in the French Quarter. These sessions feel more like a dinner party with friends. Our Chefs personally welcome you into the kitchen. From the moment you arrive until you leave, our Chefs are friendly, personable, and entertaining, with impeccable culinary skills.
