Excellent! - This class was excellent and everything made was superb: bread pudding, jambalaya, & bbq shrimp. I can't wait to recreate this for my family. My only suggestion is for them to offer to go containers for left over meal, adding it to the overall cost if needed.

Great food, great time - Chef Mark was entertaining and gave us all sorts of tips and tricks to cook some amazing food. I went with my daughter and we had a great time. We walked away with extras and our family devoured it at the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Best thing to do in New Orleans - We took the cooking class with Raymond and it was highlight of our trip to New Orleans! My husband, 14 yo son and I had best time and enjoyed the most delicious food.

AMAZING!! Highlight of our trip! - My two 18 year old boys had a fantastic time! Such a great experience and worth every penny! The location was great, all the food prepped before we arrived, and we were welcomed and instantly felt great. The boys also learned several new ways to prepare foods that they previously didn't like before the class, and walked away with a lot of new skills! It has been the highlight of their trip - would definitely recommend for a great night out!

A Very Tasty and Rewarding Adventure! - Making the bread pudding loaf was memorable because I suggested putting the remaining chocolate chips on top of the bread pudding loaf before putting it in the oven, and our instructor did. He said he had never done that before, but would do it from now on! He liked this suggestion from this 77 year old lady(:)! The other things that I enjoyed about this class were how bright, clean and organized the facility was set up. The teacher and his assistant were very methodical with the instructions as well as encouraging and attentive. The Chef said we would get the recipes via the company we used to sign-up. The Kirbys used Viator. No recipes received yet. Our class was 5-22-24 10AM. Please send all the recipes. Thank you!

Creole Cooking Class - My daughter and I had a wonderful evening cooking with Chef Raymond. We made corn and crab bisque, shrimp Creole, pecan pralines, and bananas Foster. We enjoyed hearing his stories of cooking his favorite foods and the creative cuisine he was making. He threw in a little New Orleans history, too. Be sure to pick up a bag of their Mardi Gras Magic seasoning and a roux spoon to take home. I'd rate this as a must do event for foodies visiting New Orleans. There are several class menus to choose from.

Great experience and great food! - We took a vegetarian version of the cooking class. Got to make Gumbo, Corn Maque Choux, and Bread Pudding with a salted praline sauce. Our instructor Mark is an experienced chef and great teacher! We had a small group just 4. I’m an experienced home cook, but picked up a bunch of tips and tricks for getting a really good bread pudding and gumbo meal together. The corn thing was very very good. I would highly recommend the experience. We left smarter and full of really good food!
