The lunch seating features a tasting menu and a conversation with Mister Gregory about our fishery and culinary traditions (NO LIVE MUSIC AT THE LUNCH SEATING).
The Shrimp Boil Experience may start with a tasting of freshly caught fish from Lake Pontchartrain or a local blue crab appetizer, followed by an alligator sausage tasting and a presentation on our wild-caught Gulf shrimp. The highlight is the presentation of shrimp, cooked with corn and local sausage, seasoned with our special Cajun boil spices. Afterwards, hot towels are provided for clean-up, and the experience concludes with a signature dessert and a tasting of New Orleans style chicory café au lait.
