Great tour! - Great tour and guide. Bam Bam a lot of fun. Pick up point in a scary deserted part of town. Felt dangerous to get dropped off at.

Save your money - Just went and still on the tour. It was and is just okay. Nothing cool about it. Do not like the audio tour, would much rather have had an actual tour guide. The sounds was extremely loud and video was corny. Stories were great but the actual tour guides tell it WAY better. Save your money and go with a live person.

Not what I expected - It was an okay tour. I was expecting it to be more of a person talking sharing stories than us just watching a video of stories. Though it would be more engaging but the video just put me to sleep.

Worst tour I have ever been on in the history of going on guided city/ghost tours - What an absolute waste of 2 hours that I will never get back. I had been on many ghost tours in many cities so I expected that we would drive around the city and our guide would tell us the stories associated with the haunted places. What we got was a cheesy, poorly produced video playing for us in the bus for 2 hours as we drove around New Orleans. Often what the cheesy, obviously trying to be spooky, voice over was telling us had nothing to do with where we were driving at that moment. The video was full of stock photography and stupid images. For example, the voice over was telling us about a woman who died in a hotel (one of only three actual ghost stories in the ENTIRE tour) and the image on the video we were watching was a woman in a white dress just running ethereally through a ball room. And we watched that image over and over the entire time the story was told. And when the story ended, tada now we are at the hotel it was talking about the whole time. Umm, a little late as now the video is onto the next story/information (as most of the tour was just city information in a "spooky" voice, not ghost stories). If you want to try and imagine the video, think 1980s music video images.....that was the entire video. Our bus driver (you can't call him a guide because the video did all the talking, he just drove the bus and once in a while yelled over the video the place name we were approaching) was very nice and honestly I think if he had actually been the guide instead of a video, the tour might have been good. And when booking the tour (we did it through the concierge in our hotel which is quite disappointing that this is the tour they recommend) no where in the description in the brochure or on their website does it tell you that you will be sitting in a bus watching a video for two hours. If I wanted to do that I could have stayed in my room and watched one of the cheesy real life haunting shows (this was basically the same thing with less actual ghost stories). Hands down the worst tour of any tour I have done, not just ghost tours, that I have ever gone on. Avoid this at all costs and save your money and your time.

Ghost tour - Awful, $60 per person. Do something else this was not worth the time or $. The bus was about a million degrees and the driver didn't know anything interesting or relevant Trust me, DO NOT DO THIS TOUR.

Stay away unless you like throwing your money in the toilet. - What a waste of money? I wish one of the ghost warned me to stay away! My kids wanted to do a haunted tour so we stopped in the visitor center and the lady showed us a brochure with a ghost bus tour with eerie light up floors with fog. So they were excited about that. Guess what? Never happened. The bus was just that, a regular bus with 95% of the tour on a TV screen telling you to look out the window, however, the windows were so fogged up, you could not see outside (see picture). Wish we took some other type of haunted tour especially since this tour was so boring, several people were falling asleep ton the bus. Save your money, I wish I requested a refund at the end....

Huge waste of money and time - We were a party of 6 and were extremely bored with this ghost tour. DO NOT buy this tour! It was the equivalent of watching a show while riding around in a bus. We had a few stops and they were a few minutes each and nothing exciting: outside the gates of cemeteries, a cafe to buy goods, and a stop to see the outside of a house that was in American Horror Stories. The “show” was super lame and laughable and we had very little commentary from our driver. It was a huge waste of time and money. All 6 of us were disappointed and couldn’t believe how ridiculous that tour was. I emailed the company and didn’t get a response, so here we are…
