Fantastic tour - Our guide was so good. He has story telling skills and the stories he presented were fascinating and will be sending me down the rabbit hole on several of the tales he told. The pictures were my attempt to capture a picture of a spirit, but to no avail!

Great tour with lots of haunted history. - Joshua was our tour guide and he was great! He was super knowledgeable and gave us so much information about the history of the french quarter. He didn’t miss anything and I felt like the way he explained everything was way more than I thought we would get. Would highly recommend!

much better than the Witches Brew tour (less expensive too!) - Scott was the absolute best. By contrast, we attended a different tour 2 days previously with Witches Brew that was seriously awful despite costing almost twice as much (the guide swore at us and more than half of the group left that tour early), so the Lucky Bean tour was good by any measure and amazing by contrast. Scott knew far more background about all the sites we visited, sometimes would offer us choices for which historic event we wanted to know more about, was incredible about saying "the lore and rumors say this, but here's what we actually know" about everything, plus he was fun and personable to boot. I couldn't recommend this tour more highly.

Excellent tour! - Scott was amazing! Our group had been burned by a truly awful tour with another company the night before, so we were a little wary. But we had already paid, and decided we would just make the best of it. Let me tell you, *we* didn't have to make the best of anything, because Scott did it for us. Very friendly, with great stories and lively delivery. If you're looking for a tour in NOLA, this is the one!

Best Tour in New Orleans - Scott was an amazing tour guide. He did a great job of including legends, real history and ghost stories of New Orleans. He was well spoken and engaging in his storytelling. One of the best ghost and history tours I have ever experienced. This is a must do if you travel to New Orleans. My friends and I didn't want the night to end.

Best Ghost and True Crime tour with a great big side of history and fun! - My wife, special needs daughter Elizabeth, and myself had a great tour with Libby as our guide. Liz loves ghost stories and “drama”, as does my wife. We really got more than expected because the way Libby wove the sordid history of New Orleans into interesting and entertaining tales was the highlight. All of her stories are true happenings throughout NOLA history, accompanied by personal anecdotes from her historical studies, digitized photo’s, and old newspaper accounts to corroborate the story. Libby herself does not know how real the hauntings are, but supports them with enough evidence to make one wonder. All along the way, she past on a lot of other history, interesting facts, restaurant and bar recommendations, etc. This was a tour full of interesting and intriguing stories told by a masterful storyteller. The best part is our Lizzy is still telling everyone about her awesome ghost tour! We will definitely choose Lucky Bean tours on our next trip and request Libby!

Personalized Ghost/True Crime Tour - We attended this tour in a small group (5) and had a really good time. Scott provided clear instructions about when/where to meet him and was there when promised. He asked us before we started where our interests were and then adapted the tour to our preferences. He was a great story teller and demonstrated detailed knowledge about the area and history (we focused mostly on true crimes with a bit of ghosts and Voodoo). I also appreciated that he was genuine. He did not need theatrics to make things interesting and that made a huge difference to me. At the end of the tour, he gave some good tips about other places to visit and safer routes to walk through the area. I would definitely recommend Scott and this tour company.

Excellent, informative tour - We signed up for this trip as part of a girls trip. Price was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. We received a text from our tour guide, Scott, about three hours before the meet up time. His text included all of the information about the meeting location and a picture of what the location looked like, which was extremely helpful. He also included information about the coffee shops and area around the meeting location in case we wanted to get a bite to eat or drink before starting. Once we met up, he went over a few brief rules and asked us all what our interests were. This allowed him to cater the tour to what people wanted to hear rather than just a generic scripted tour. Our group was really into true crime, we had one vampire lover, and a few people who liked the voodoo ghost theme. Scott was very good at providing information on all of these. The tour lasted about two hours, so we were on the long end. Scott was extremely informative and very good at incorporating true crime into the New Orleans’ voodoo ghost history. Unlike the other tour guides, Scott was very personable, down to earth, and kept it to facts and how they relate to New Orleans history. We really really appreciated that. We saw several other groups that had a lot of theatrics and costumes. They seemed more like they were there to create a show rather than to give information. Also, a lot of the information that I was hearing from other groups wasn’t quite accurate, but more of a hyped up story time, leaving out some of the historical facts. Scotts tour was very informative and very, very enjoyable. We moved at our own pace, got to ask questions, and stood out of the way of the other groups at different angles. They gave us a better opportunity for photographs. We even got to stop and learn about New Orleans weddings as a parade went by. Highly highly highly recommend! Cannot recommend Scott enough! Do this to tour and be prepared to walk :)

Ghost Tour Fun - We went on this tour last weekend and it was fantastic! I had no idea there were so many apartments and hotels in the quarter that were "haunted"! Our tour guide, Libby, was extremely knowledgeable and able to tell us the full stories of all the buildings. I was really intrigued by the true crime stories. Libby even had her iPad with her so she could show us newspaper stories about the crimes. A very enjoyable evening!
