HARD ROCK LUNCH NEW ORLEANS - Sean the Manager and Pattie our server were attentive, and we didn’t have to wait long for anything! Enjoyed the decor and of course, the shop!

Great experience, as always. - We are trying to go to HRC whenever we can. We’ve been to NYC, in Bali, in Maui…. Again we had a great experience this time in NOLA. Shane the manager and his team were brilliant! We had great service and great food. We asked for drinks first before food, they did not rush us to get our food. Then we had our food which was delicious. Burger & fries and the famous chicken wings. We even shared a cheeky cheesecake. The music was really good (Coldplay, Country music, pop, etc) . Toilets were clean. Staff was really pleasant and always happy to help. Thank you Shane & the team for another great experience at HRC!

Main Course at the Hard Rock - I went for lunch at Hard Rock and the restaurant was virtually empty when I visited before 12pm. The restaurant was quite large with lots of seating options, a good bar and unique exhibits on display of musical memorabilia. I ordered the New York strip which was very good and had a soft drink as the refills are free. Unfortunately, the prices are now very high especially when combined with the minimum 18% service charge in the US.

Nice burgers and friendly staff - The restaurant is in the heart of bourbon street so easy location, went late in the evening and was seated with no issues, the waitress was polite and quirky as you’d expect from a hard rock, the burgers were nice too, no complaints.

Service wasn't great and the toilets are in desperate need of refurbishment. Not clean at all. - 1st time we went was 9.30pm on a Monday lots of free tables but clearly not enough staff to manage them as we were told we couldn't get a table for more than 2 hours Went back next day got table. We weren't asked if we wanted a 2 Nd drink or a dessert basically the bill was put on our table and we were expected to pay and go. Needless to say the tip I gave represented the service and the server was not happy.

Underwhelming for a Hard Rock - I thought this would be better. I don’t really go to Hard Rock’s for the food but for the atmosphere and this was kind of a letdown. The decor was minimal and there weren’t TV’s everywhere like I’m used to. The menu showed promise as there were some new items, like the jambalaya I tried, but it was a pale imitation.

Great Customer Service - I visited on a Thursday evening and upon entering, I was promptly greeted and shown a seat. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall, the experience and the food (pulled pork sandwich) were ok at this location

Waitress had better plans than me! - I eaten at Hard Rock Cafe's everywhere. This one I wont be back to. On the the edge of Bourbon Street it seemed like a "Can't miss!" Well it did. Though I was seated quickly - my waitress decided to socialize with a table for 10 minutes while I was in plain view - no apology ! My fries were cold and hamburger overcooked. I had to grab her attention every time as I was an afterthought.

Bad service - Bad food, bad service, all the bad. Obviously they were having a very bad day. Our server was in tears and she kept forgetting us. She was way in over her head. The staff didn’t seem to look like they were working as a team, either. A well run restaurant it is not. We had salads and they were barely ok.

TERRIBLE SERVICE SINCE ARRIVAL - We arrived and asked the hostess if there was live music, and she told us no, only on Wednesdays, however, as we saw that the music was good, we asked for a table for four adults, to which it arrived, apparently whoever was the manager and He told us that there would be a private event and that we would have to wait 45 minutes. We went to another place, had dinner and came back. We saw that the place was still empty, I confronted the Manager, I told him that it had been approximately an hour. He had told me that they had an event and rudely told me that I was in the entertainment industry.
