Great experience, as always. - We are trying to go to HRC whenever we can. We’ve been to NYC, in Bali, in Maui…. Again we had a great experience this time in NOLA. Shane the manager and his team were brilliant! We had great service and great food. We asked for drinks first before food, they did not rush us to get our food. Then we had our food which was delicious. Burger & fries and the famous chicken wings. We even shared a cheeky cheesecake. The music was really good (Coldplay, Country music, pop, etc) . Toilets were clean. Staff was really pleasant and always happy to help. Thank you Shane & the team for another great experience at HRC!

Nice burgers and friendly staff - The restaurant is in the heart of bourbon street so easy location, went late in the evening and was seated with no issues, the waitress was polite and quirky as you’d expect from a hard rock, the burgers were nice too, no complaints.

Great Customer Service - I visited on a Thursday evening and upon entering, I was promptly greeted and shown a seat. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall, the experience and the food (pulled pork sandwich) were ok at this location

A little smaller, less exciting for a Hard Rock - I've been to several Hard Rock Cafes. Picked this one just for fun and we knew the menu would have basic stuff we could eat. Made reservations online but when we got there, there was not a wait anyway. It seemed to be a smaller Hard Rock compared to others I've visited and is right in the heart of the French Quarter. Had a bbq bacon burger... it was fine - nothing special. Waitress was fine, food came out very quick. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again but for what we were looking for it was fine.

Avoid - We have been to Hard Rock cafes all around the world because usually you know what you are getting - really friendly staff, decent food and a great atmosphere. Not at this one! Rude waitresses, unfriendly hostess and greasy fajitas are the standard here. Avoid.

Poor service - While our waitress was very nice, we had very slow, poor service. The family seated next to us received another table’s bill and we did as well. It took a while for the manager to come and help us get the correct bill. They did not comp any of our items for the trouble. The food is like the other Hard Rock locations.

Waitress had better plans than me! - I eaten at Hard Rock Cafe's everywhere. This one I wont be back to. On the the edge of Bourbon Street it seemed like a "Can't miss!" Well it did. Though I was seated quickly - my waitress decided to socialize with a table for 10 minutes while I was in plain view - no apology ! My fries were cold and hamburger overcooked. I had to grab her attention every time as I was an afterthought.

Bad service - Bad food, bad service, all the bad. Obviously they were having a very bad day. Our server was in tears and she kept forgetting us. She was way in over her head. The staff didn’t seem to look like they were working as a team, either. A well run restaurant it is not. We had salads and they were barely ok.

TERRIBLE SERVICE SINCE ARRIVAL - We arrived and asked the hostess if there was live music, and she told us no, only on Wednesdays, however, as we saw that the music was good, we asked for a table for four adults, to which it arrived, apparently whoever was the manager and He told us that there would be a private event and that we would have to wait 45 minutes. We went to another place, had dinner and came back. We saw that the place was still empty, I confronted the Manager, I told him that it had been approximately an hour. He had told me that they had an event and rudely told me that I was in the entertainment industry.
