- Oak Alley Plantation - Here you will spend about 3 hours on the plantation grounds exploring a national historic landmark. This historic site is dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history its inhabitants left behind. With an emphasis on its time as a working sugarcane plantation, visitors are invited to experience the exhibits, walk under the iconic Allee of Oak Trees, and tour the big house. You will have the opportunity to have lunch at the restaurant or deli. You can spend a few moments in the gift shop, at the bar, or just sit under the many oak trees on the plantation. Then you will board back on the bus and take a 35-minute ride up the highway for a swamp tour.
- Cajun Pride Swamp Tours - Once we arrive at Cajun Pride Swamp Tours, you will board a pontoon boat to take a 90-minute tour through the swamp where you will learn about the many species of wildlife residing there. You will have the opportunity to take plenty of pictures of the moss-draped Cypress trees in their majestic beauty.
- Lake Pontchartrain - To close out the day, you will take a 45-minute ride back to the city on the Bonnet Carre Spillway Bridge overlooking Lake Pontchartrain before heading back to your hotel.

Best tour operator! - We are so glad we booked our tour with Kindrell. From answering questions prior to our tour, to keeping us informed the day, to making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, he takes pride in his service. My only suggestion is to take the tour earlier during your stay in the Big Easy. We booked for our second to last day before returning home, which did not allow us time to book any additional tours with him nor get to try out more of his suggestions during our stay. The couple of places we did get to visit, and restaurants he suggested and we got to try on our last day were by far the best of our trip. Book him early, and take ALL of his suggestions to heart. He loves his city and he wants you to feel at home. We will definitely book with him again on future visits!

The best tour & tour guide in New Orleans! - K did a wonderful job with our tour and definitely went above and beyond taking us on an impromptu Hurricane Katrina mini tour. His hospitality and knowledge was incredible! I highly suggest booking a tour with K's Luxury Transportation & Tours for a more unique and personable experience compared to the larger bus tours! K is an actual licensed tour guide (I believe he said for 14 years) and not just a driver that can give you so much information and history regarding New Orleans. He was very communicative regarding our hotel pickup so we knew exactly when he would be there. We are already planning a Spring trip and will be booking him for a private New Orleans tour!

K's Luxury Tours Rocks! - What a gem of a tour with Kindrell at the helm!
Move over all those other tours and tour guides, K's Luxury tours made the day a fantastic memory for everyone.
The PLANTATION AND SWAMP TOUR WAS TRULY THE BEST DAY OF THE TRIP!
Kindrell has the experience and knowledge of New Orleans that is unmatched. His sense of detail and true passion for what he does showed in every aspect of the day. He cares about what he is doing and ensures his customers are happy and get the most out of the experience, right down to what boat tour guide you want to ride with on the swamp.
Oak Alley Plantation was fantastic and Stephen who led the talk about slavery on the plantation was enthusiastic, informative, and all of this presented in his unassuming Cajun style. I could have listened to him all day about anything, not just history.
The swamp tour did not disappoint, I got to see my alligator, as a matter of fact, I got to see a whole lot of alligators. Captain Tom was sweet, kind, and knew his stuff about life on the bayou in New Orleans. You can tell he truly lives what he says.
We can't thank you enough Kindrell. And thank you to your wife for the breakfast options too. Good luck in all your ventures ahead, you deserve it.

All day plantation/swamp tour - Kindrell was beyond outstanding. He is knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and looks out for his group.
Never being to New Orleans before, we appreciated all the wisdom he shared.
He also gave tips for both the plantation and swamp tour.
I can’t recommend his tour enough!!

Highly Recommend! - We had the best tour experience with Kin. He ensured we have safe and comfortable transportation, was extremely knowledgeable, and coordinated everything so we had the best experience at each stop. Cannot recommend this experience enough!

Amazing Experience! - Our time spent with Kindrell as our driver/guide was the highlight of our group's trip. He was incredibly professional and provided top-notch service from start to finish. Kindrell clearly has a lot of passion for New Orleans history and culture. He kept our group entertained and engaged while guiding us through the rich history of the city and surrounding areas. His sense of humor and kindness made our experience all the more enjoyable. The van we were in was spacious, luxurious, and modern - our group was very impressed. We also noticed that Kindrell had established many relationships with the other tourism professionals that we met throughout our day. He is clearly a favorite in the area! We were blessed by our experience with him and would recommend K's Luxury Transportation & Tours to anyone traveling to New Orleans.

Great personal tour - Kindrell was an excellent host, he made contact the night before our tour and a half hour before he arrived for our pickup. He was knowledgeable and interesting on the drive, he made sure we all knew where to go at each stop, was a great tour
