Nice break from bourbon st mayhem! - Really informative, mellow and beautiful. Saw 3 gators, raccoon, Ibis, learned about Cypress trees and the interdependence of all things in the Bayou. Was fun and MJ was a great tour guide. Being a hat! Lots of full sun exposure.

Beautiful Kayak Tour! - This was one of the most amazing guided kayak tours we have ever taken. Our guide to Michelle was very knowledgeable with many fun facts about the nature and history of the swamp. She was very attentive to the group’s needs, and wonderful at answering any questions we had along the way. This swamp tour was so peaceful and we saw lots of beautiful wildlife along the way. Highly recommend! 👍

great! - Ali was such a great guide. Our group was mostly first timers and Ali made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident on the water. She was super knowledgeable on all of the wildlife and vegetation and was able to teach us so much about the area. Saw a decent amount of alligators too! Overall an amazing experience and a great way to feel immersed in nature.

Best swamp tour and guide ever! - This was a spectacular way to see the swamp up close and personal. We had the best guide, Ali (like alligator 😂)! Ali was so knowledgeable about the area and the flora and fauna, we received so much great information. We took fun photos and saw gators, egrets, an owls nest, and lots of other critters. Ali even knew the different frog sounds and was able to describe them for us so we could “find them”. It was a really beautiful way to spend our last day in New Orleans.

Quiet, isolated swamps; wildlife; and a great guide. Highly recommend! - Wonderful experience! Quiet kayaks beat air boats every day. We saw lots of wildlife (a few gators, owls, all sorts of birds, turtles, etc.). Nick was our guide and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the swamp and marches. We were able to go beyond the canals and get into true swamp areas where bigger boats cannot go. And there were no mosquitos! Easy, beginner friendly kayaking and a little bit of exercise. It was the perfect way to spend a morning. Thanks, Nick!!

Good guide, lots of animals, good times - Great time in the swamp with a great guide. Nick was outstanding. He was able to patiently assist new kayakers who eventually figured it out. The route was perfect. We saw plenty of gator, lots of birds, and an owl. Great, relaxing time. I’d recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience! - Our kayaking trip with AJ was fantastic! He was able to pick us up close to our hotel, and the drive from Bourbon Street was scenic and felt quick. The Kayak tour itself was beautiful and we saw a good amount of wildlife (many alligators!) AJ was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife, and afterwards even gave us many great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Highly recommended!!

Probably the only kayak tour that you should take in New-Orleans - Awesome tour. Our guide was the chillest dude, showed great care and love about the place, which was overall contagious I would say. Very insightful too, knows everything about all the animals and the plants and so much more. If you are looking for a visit to the swamp please consider this: - don't take a tour that involves feeding the gators, this is extremely harmful to the ecosystem. - hesitating between this and going on a speed boat? Doing a Kayak tour with a guide allows you to take in the scenery and actually see the animals, since they are not running away from the noise - this is a safe tour. Gators are some of the laziest animals out there and always swim away from the big human folks
