Mark was great! - If you are in the fence, do it!!! We brought our 12 & 8 year olds & had a fantastic time!! I really appreciate Mark’s patience - my youngest was extra exhausted & he was a pro! He truly shared the art of cooking with all of us!!

Even my 12 year old son loved it!! - Excellent experience! Participated with my 12 year old son and Chef Raymond was so friendly and encouraging. He really inspired us to try these amazing recipes at home. My son even remarked on how great the food was as we were walking back to our hotel from the class. This was an experience to remember!

Great experience - Chef Cam was a very knowledgeable, patient, and professional teacher. He offered efficient and unique methods to do many things, even small ones like cooking rice and chopping onions. Our experience was wonderful and we cannot ask for anything more. He gave a thorough explanation of making shrimp gumbo, etoufee, and banana foster, which were all delicious!!
