Well, worth a trip we needed more time to go through everything - The individual stories in the film clip of victims and rescuers. It was very emotional and very well done.

Worth the visit - The museum was well worth the visit. It was much larger than I imagined. Everything was first class. It helped to make the people and places come alive in my mind. I thought the interactive submarine simulation very interesting.

Expect to spend an entire day exploring this museum - I cannot speak highly enough about this museum. I did not realize it is now SIX buildings! All of which house multiple floors of artifacts, interactive and multimedia experiences. We spent 7 hours at the museum, walked almost 5 miles total, and still did not see every exhibit. We did see the Tom Hanks narrated 4-D film and it was very good. We however did not have time for the rotating theatre film or the submarine experience. We did not get a chance to use the second day of our pass, but I plan on returning sometime soon for sure!

Highly recommend - Love it. My hubby had a ball. So much information. I highly recommend. There's so much to look at and see that it would take 3 or 4 hours to see it all

In-depth History in New Orleans - A WWII museum in New Orleans may seem unexpected, but by the end of your visit, you will understand why the museum is here and so much more. The museum was engaging, informative, and expansive. I spent about three hours there, but I’m sure you could spend a whole day there if you really wanted to see everything. The 4D movie was very well done and very emotional - I definitely recommend adding it to your ticket. I absolutely suggest adding this museum onto your New Orleans visit. My only “complaint” is that the gift shops spread throughout the campus felt a little small compared to the rest of the museum, but that’s super nitpicky of me!

A Must-See in NOLA - I'm not a big history buff, but I brought my reluctant husband and ended up staying hours longer than planned. The "Beyond all Boundaries" movie was excellent, and we followed TripAdvisor recommendations and did not go to the Freedom Theatre experience movie. The exhibits were excellent, with highly varied content and delivery. The "follow a person" with an electronic dog tag was a nice touch. We spent so much time in the first building and Pacific rim, we did not have much time for Europe. I wished I knew about the "Final Mission: USS Tang Submarine Experience" further in advance - I would have like to have experienced it. It's worthy of a second visit. My husband and I both enjoyed it very much and highly recommend.

WW 2 MUSEUM NOLA - World class fully immersive and interactive museum of World War II. 4 D movie a must. Artifacts displayed to give you a feel of what it would have been like to have been there. Following a personal account of one who lived during that time throughout the museum made it memorable.
