A wonderful experience - We have been on quite a few hop on hop off bus tours and NOTHING has been better than my experience with Mary R & Demetra. So much awesome information and very entertaining. When we paused at a stop and I learned they were getting off and we’d have a new guide, I was quite disappointed. I had to get off to tell her how much I enjoyed my first trip to NOLA with such a great guide! Thank you, Mary!!! 🩷

Garden District Walking Tour - We did the Garden District walking tour with Collin and it was AMAZING! He is a wealth of information and a captivating speaker. Truly one of the best guides we had the pleasure of spending time with throughout the whole weekend. Learned a lot about the architecture and history of the area, so if that's what you're looking for, this is the tour for you!

Good day - Tour operators was great. We couldn’t get are tickets after paying on TripAdvisor. They said they would contact TripAdvisor.We were able to ride and get off and on thankfully to the very nice drivers with are confirmation. We are hoping that they get their vouchers Thank you to all the great drivers and tour guides. It was very informative and fun. Shout out to no line Linda

Good for getting around without car - A quick tip: the buses were easily tracked on the app, but the listed estimated wait times were inaccurate. The experience was very largely dependent on the tour guide. Our first guide named Deedra was fine, but really didn't provide much info beyond a few facts of each stop. Also the driver was yelling quite a lot. It seems like there should be a better way for the drivers downstairs to communicate with the guide upstairs... However, Sam was another guide we had later in the day and he was great! Very insightful and interesting facts. A lot more in depth. Really enjoyed listening to him. We used the bus both as a tour, but also as transportation. We did the two day pass, so we took the tour on the first day and on the second day used it to get around to spots we wanted to explore in more depth.

No bags on the bus and no refunds if you do. - We bought tickets to the Hop on Hop off bus directly from their website, thinking that it would be easier to not have any middle man if something went wrong. We got to the bus, had our tickets scanned, sat down ready to go. The driver then asked is someone just got on with a wheel on bag, (our carry on for the flight). We were told to get off the bus as bags were not allowed. We asked if we could then get a refund and they said yes of course. We were sent to the main office in the city, we walked there, asked how we get a refund. The man explained that we could not get a refund as we had used the Internation Hop on hop off website. We could apply for a refund via the email address. We stood there sent the email and have not had any recognition of our email being received, and no refund. Very dissapointing. Note for travellers, hotels in NOLA do not hold your luggage to go on a tour, and the Hop on Hop off does not allow your bag. Do not make the same mistake.
