Bespoke experience. - Gary was our driver and Edwards was our guide. The professionalism from them both was outstanding. Gary was extremely Kind, patient, a safe and courteous driver. Edwards was funny and informative. Being from a tourist town myself ( Orlando Florida) it is heartwarming to be treated well as a tourist and enjoy the history of New Orleans with this Dynamic Duo!

Quick history and classic stories of visited Cities- great for visitors! - The Hop on Hop off experience is a very good way to see as much of the pleasure spots of any city. I did this on my Eurpoean Holiday last year and was plesantly surprised to see it offered in New Orleans, a city with so much history and classic stories shared by Elaine and Shawn. loved it!

Convenient and inexpensive - We loved the convenience of being able to get off at stops we wanted to explore and get back on see the many wonders of the city. Shout out to narrator Bill he was comical and informative. And I can't remember the bus drivers name but the way she elegantly maneuvered through that hectic traffic was amazing.

Good experience - Great way to get an overview of the city but they need to run later in the day/evening. The app is great for tracking buses to know their schedule. They make one stop and change drivers and you may have to wait for a few minutes but it’s not too long.

More busses needed! - These busses are always good to get you orientated in a new city. We enjoyed the ride, but the first guide was soft spoken and difficult to hear. The second guide spent more time herding the passengers getting in. This was not his fault as there were only 4 busses running that day and the busses were filled to capacity.

Very expensive & boring shuttle - Would have helped to know about the bus tracking app when I had access to wifi at home. Once I got it, it was very helpful. Guides were a mixed bunch, wanted to hear more about sights & history than restaurants, shops, & hotels. One was great, but she went on break at stop 5 & replacement was worst of the bunch. He could not shut up about the casino, said nothing about the areas we were passing through—even to mention we were going through the Garden District & it’s significance Wish I’d just taken streetcars to get around or driven myself

Could be better - A few things would improve this experience: have the bus run for longer during the evening, it finishes by 5pm. Also there is not a lot of history from the guide, more pointing out houses or cafes. The tour only takes in a very small part of New Orleans. Ubers are really easy to book.

Don’t like it - Few buses available, long waiting times. The lower deck had no air conditioning. There was no multilingual audio option through the headphones, unlike in other countries. The buses seemed old. I did not enjoy the experience.
