Frustrating experience - Toast has a lot of good information. However, we only caught about 50% of it because he turns his back on parts of the group while talking, drops his voice at the ends of sentences, intersperses the information with too many jokes, and tends to race through the actual interesting content. He spent an inordinate amount of time complaining about prior guests on his tours. We did visit 4 cemeteries and gained some good insight, but literally missed about half of what he said. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
