- French Quarter - Your tour begins when you pass through the French Quarter and travel past the mansions along Esplanade Avenue on your way to a stop in City Park where you can visit the Morning Call Cafe’ for coffee and beignets, or view the Besthoff Sculpture Garden.
- Lower 9th Ward - In addition, you will see the Ninth Ward, a neighborhood devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
- Garden District - View the Garden District with it’s vast mansions that line pristine boulevards.
- Warehouse District - Drive through the Warehouse District, Faubourg Treme- one of the oldest African American neighborhoods in the country dating back to the 1700’s, pass through the area formerly known as the American Sector, Home of the internationally acclaimed World War II Museum, and the Contemporary Arts Center, which is one of the country’s first art institutions.
- Lake Lawn Metairie - The tour also makes a brief stop at the Metairie Cemetery, where you will see the city’s distinctive above-ground tombs. You’ll get a great introduction to the history, culture and architecture of this magnificient city.
- St. Louis Cathedral - The Saint Louis Cathedral is the oldest Cathedral in North America, founded as a Catholic Parish in 1720 along the Banks of the Mississippi River

Best Mew Orleans tour! - Gary is a fountain of knowledge and brought New Orleans to life for me. From it’s history to present. This was my first time to New Orleans and this tour definitely has my stamp of approval!

Southern Tour done right - Southern tours, tour guide Gary more specifically captured the true essence of the charm, and ambiance, of what this city offers a traveler that looks for something different. The home-grown southerner expanded our knowledge in depth with tantalizing facts that left you wanting more. The sights of this city are just amazing. We saw the good and the bad. The beignets at Cafe De Monde did not disappoint! Who knew that so many “stars” call this place home. Thank you Gary for such an exhilarating, unforgettable tour of an amazing city. You did New Orleans proud!

Educational - Gary was very informative about the history of New Orleans. The most interesting part of the tour was visiting the location of homes under water during Hurricane Katrina.

Three Hour City Tour NOLA - Trip was wonderful. The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. However the bus was very hot and unpleasant.
