Do it! - We do it again in a heart beat. It was fun and educational, not just for the cooking piece but also for the historical piece not just for cooking but for the region. Great for singles, couples, and groups.

Cooking class - Hands on and it was great. Our chef was a very good teacher. Even if you’re not a great chef yourself, it was a lot of fun. Would recommend for anyone

LOVED it! - My hubby and I were looking for things to do in New Orleans while we were there and this popped up on Viator. We LOVED it! We took the hands on class and learned three or four super ate recipes but got so much more. Chef Cindy gave us a TON of history and details not just about cooking but also about New Orleans and we sat at a table with 8 other strangers and got to share the meal we made and enjoyed not just the food but the company. I would highly recommend this as something for people to do while visiting.

Hands-on cooking class at its finest. - Chef Austin and Packy were both amazing. We learned how to make amazing gumbo, shrimp and grits, and bananas foster crepes. Hands on is the way to go, small group and really learning by doing. My wife and I got to cook our version of everything. This is one of the best cooking classes we’ve ever done (we’ve done at least 5) and a great NoLa memory of our 10 year anniversary trip. Thank you so much! Awesome time.

Great course. - Myself and friend did this, it was alot of fun and informative. However the chef leading our group, was 11hrs into her working day and was not approachable. She snapped at us for asking questions, as we couldn’t hear the instructions she was giving at the time. She could’ve been kinder and more patient. We were lucky as we had a great group of people, who were also uncomfortable with how chef spoke to us. But we all managed to have a giggle and enjoy the class A great environment and i’m sure chef was just having a bad day! I would recommend, just make sure you listen!
