A great amount of learning about New Orlean's little known historical facts combined with a great culinary experience! - My wife and I had a wonderful tour of the main streets of the French Quarter with Dylan...Dr Gumbo himself...as his guides were all on holiday today after possibly a hectic weekend! That was the icing on the cake as Dylan is so knowledgeable about New Orleans itself that he gave us a glimpse into bits of its history which we'd not heard from anyone else or from guide books!! The food that we sampled was amazing in terms of variety and quantity and so much that we definitely had both lunch & dinner!!!

Unique & Memorable Experience - Our tour guide, Beth, was simply amazing, as she connected and engaged with everyone and was a wealth of knowledge beyond belief on both the food and history aspects of the city. All our stops, and the respective food we had at each, were unique and very memorable, and Beth did a wonderful job of interjecting fun humor in the stories as well. It was an awesome experience! I highly recommend this tour!

A very knowledgeable tour - If you don't like spicy food it's not for you it has a kick we learned a lot especially the difference between Creole food and Cajun that we didn't know. Very educational

Fun and Entertaining. - Beth is a great tour guide. She was very funny and informative which is a great combination for a history/food tour. The walking didn't seem bad since we broke it up with a number of stops. We got to try a good sample of local cuisine and take home a sample. I thought it was a great mix of history, entertainment, and tasting New Orleans delicious food.

Beth was Fantastic! - Our tour guide Beth was absolutely phenomenal! She was very well versed in history, culture and most importantly food!! Go hungry because you will be full by the end of the day! One tip would be to wear good walking shoes as streets can be bumpy. Also at the end, Beth will share a recipe for gumbo. Looking forward to trying it!

Great Tour - Good food tour and would recommend, Beth was a great guide, very personable and friendly. I have to say the gumbo was highly disappointing, it was more of a greasy stew than an actual gumbo. Other than that the other stops were great.
