A great tour of New Orleans haunted locations - Wendy Darling was a wonderful tour guide! She has so much personality and great stories about each place; I will be weary of any bathroom I encounter now with all the stories we heard on our tour through New Orleans!

Girls weekend hit! - The tour was absolutely wonderful! Clarissa was so energetic and informative. She took very good care of our group, even hanging out afterwards and showing us some wonderful music stops. Our group loved learning about the history of New Orleans with a ghostly spin!

This tour is awesome - Clarissa (our tour guide) was fabulous. Truly amazing experience. She had stories and pictures for days. She showed us some interesting (and one horrific) sites. She gave us excellent recommendations for food, shopping, and vibes.

Slow pacing; smoke-friendly. Proceed at your own caution. - Our guide Clarissa was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several people in our tour group chain smoking and vaping during the tour, and of course, the smoke blew back on the rest of us in the group. (The guides on our other tours made an announcement at the beginning that smoking and vaping were prohibited; I'm not sure what BEWT's policies are, but it would have been appreciated if our guide had made a similar announcement.) Tour was unfortunately a bit long-winded; my husband and I were admittedly getting bored during many of our stops. (A couple of participants announced they were also bored, and dipping out to go "get wasted") We also had to spend a lot of time standing around and waiting after bathroom/drink stops instead of actively walking to other places. Stories seemed to focus more on spirits and supernatural entities than history. If you don't want to walk a lot and are fine with smoking/vaping, you may enjoy this tour. The pacing of it and lack of history just wasn't for us. Recommend taking this tour on a weeknight for maximum spooky vibes, and wearing closed-toe shoes (we dodged several smelly puddles and piles of mysterious bodily origin).
