3 days in New Orleans - It was great to get a sense of the city with the 1 1/2 hour loop. We rode for three different days and got off at several stops. The French Quarter tour was not as good with Pam. But, the tour of the Garden District with Colin was wonderful. He has so much knowledge of the area and stories to tell. Most of the bus docents were easy to understand, and the history they gave was very thorough and interesting. All bus personnel were helpful and friendly.

Great tour bus. Love the hop on and hop off capability. - Great narrative by all the drivers and guides. Easy to find pick up spots. Lost a glove on one of the buses, hope to get it back today.

Chris and Gary were very... - Chris and Gary were very pleasant tour guides. Chris was very entertaining and knowledgeable about history. It was a good experience and the ride was awesome and relaxing.

Not bad - The experience was fine, however, there was some inconsistency with audio, the bus seemed like there was a shortage in the speaker. After going up to the 2nd floor to escape the speaker sound, I found the moderator or guide was lively and funny, kept it interesting, The other bus hop on/off the older moderator or guide seemed tired though he presented information it lacked the energy of the younger guide

Reservation and redeem... - Reservation and redeem process were very smooth however the 3rd day, my pass was disappeared from apple wallet and account. It showed as completed. I was frustrated when I could’t find my pass when taking the bus. I showed the confirmation email to the driver and he/she understood that I have 3 days pass.

Overall, very well worth the purchase of the 3 day pass - A good time overall; some pros and cons; Pros: - Very convenient. Buses are constant and they have their act together administratively. - Free ponchos! - Each time we've gotten on the bus, and even though we had ridden that section before, each tour guide had given additional information where we were able to learn a new fact. And if we hadn't heard all the details the first time, we were likely to hear it again. - We chose the 3 day, $59 package deal; the best one to get IMO. Two walking tours are included; the Garden District and the French Quarter walking tour. Even if you are familiar with the French Quarter (it was my first visit here, and we galavanted for a few days beforehand), and you've likely seen Jackson Sq. already, it was still interesting to hear if it's history. The only con? Some tour guides are "eh"; some are stellar - Rob inparticular comes to mind. He enunciated great and was clearly educated about the city. I can't remember her name (Julie? Or Linda)...warm smile and also very knowledgeable about the city. If you happen to get Colin on the Garden District tour, you will have a fun time. Totally cool dude and such an entertaining fellow!!

Long walk - Should go back to stop 1 as that’s where public parking is. Other than that fine. Staff was friendly

Boring - The bus went thru the downtown area, all buildings looked the same. It went in the out skirts of French Quarter, we had to get off and travel ourselves. I have been in other HOP ON/OFF and the trip was very interesting.
