Goat William - Greatest tour guide New Orleans has ever seen. He paid off my student loans, brought my divorced parents back together, and made me a real believer.

Super Cool Voodoo and Historical Tour - William was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. A great amount of historical, humorous, and magical information about Voodoo, the square, and the historical figures of New Orleans. He does a great job of involving the tour to think about how it connects to real life.

Good tour but wish we could walk through more cemeteries - The tour guide for the cemetery tour it was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great group that asked a lot of questions which he really appreciated. The only downside is that we only got to walk through one cemetery.

Culture walk through with hints of Voodoo - Our guide was great. Super knowledgeable guy. He knows people around town, has a storytelling radio voice, and you can tell he has the inside scoop. Great job, William. That being said, this is not really a voodoo tour. We talked about the origins of voodoo, and the voodoo queen was a very small portion of the actual tour. We heard more about culture and architecture. 'Voodoo' should not be the first billet in the title. It's misleading. Anyway, we had a sudden bathroom break hit, and we separated from the group. They told us where they would be, and when we got back to where they said they would, they were gone. We walked around the park twice and gave up. It was close to the end by 20 mins or so, I assumed they talked about some more architecture and went to the end point of the tour. I couldn't remember where he said, I could have looked it up, but we already leared about Jackson Square in another tour, so we went to lunch instead. 3 stars is a decent average rating. It definitely didn't exceed my voodoo expectations. If you have time to kill and you want to get some steps in and do something off the beaten path, this is a good guided break from the hustle that is New Orleans. If you are looking for a voodoo tour, this isn't it.

Disappointed - Very disappointed in this tour. Our guide just was not able to connect very well with our small group. Maybe we thought the tour would give us more background on voodoo and culture, but in any case, we felt this was a waste of time and energy…lots of walking.

Terribly disappointing - The tour was presented as “history , voodoo and stories” of New Orleans. Jody, our tour guide, provided zero useful historic information, was describing imaginary senes of rotting corpses on the main square and Irish boys throwing dead cats at the diseased instead. Another turn off was Jody’s almost military style on managing the group. Where and how one stands and walks was constantly commented in the most condescending way. New Orleans has so much history to tell.. Terribly disappointing experience, waste of time and money.
