Highlights

Head to Toulouse Street in the French Quarter at your selected time for your 2-hour Sunday brunch cruise. Board the Steamboat NATCHEZ, an authentic paddle-wheel steamboat that will take you on an old-time ride along the Mississippi River. This steam-powered vessel has everything from a museum-quality engine room to a megaphone to call the ship’s orders.

As you steam ahead on the Mississippi River, enjoy marvelous views of New Orleans’ skyline while being treated to live music performed by a jazz trio. There is also live narration on board.

Inside the cabin or on the outside decks, sit down to a delectable Louisiana-style buffet brunch. Savor dishes such as egg frittatas, Creole shrimp, cheese grist, bread pudding and fresh fruit (see full menu below), all tasty Louisiana favorites! Drinks including mimosas, punch and Bloody Marys are available for purchase.

Your brunch cruise ends back at the French Quarter with plenty of time to continue your New Orleans sightseeing on land.

Great food and cruise - The brunch and cruise on the Natches steam boat was awesome. The food was definitely one of a kind not being from around here. Very tasteful and our server (sorry can't remember the name) was very polite and helpful.

Experience New Orleans on traditional boat - It was a great experience!!!! There was a little bit of everything in relation to New Orleans from listening to a jazz band, eating the southern food, seeing the traditional boat and how it works to hearing history of the Mississippi River. We highly recommend it!!

Great time on the Mississippi - We had a great time. The buffet was good. Plenty of choices. The staff is all so welcoming The captain was informative on landmarks. And the band was so good. We especially like the engine room area to see the inner workings of the steam ship. Would recommend this to get a different view of the city

Fun trip down the Mississippi in a genuine steamer! - We took the Sunday Jazz Brunch Cruise (did not select the brunch option) but had a great time. Good narration (if a little overdone) and the live band was pretty good. The highlight for me and my group was touring the engine room and speaking with the staff about the history of the steam engines and their function. The weather was perfect and the sailing smooth.

NOT a JAZZ Cruise - This is NOT a Jazz Brunch Cruise. Its more like an informative cruise ( a guy talking & talking ) with a little Jazz band. Our wait staff was very slow ( according to our young man it was due to kitchen had not stocked sugar packets, etc)

Horrible food - Absolutely horrible food on the “brunch” cruise. Inedible. Save your money and eat at a decent restaurant instead
