Great experience and a great price - This was a fantastic experience. We learned a lot and saw a lot. Most of the narrators were very informative and Gary the bus driver was very helpful when something went wrong with our ticket. Definitely recommend buying the multi-day ticket that includes the 2 walking yours. They are very informative and enjoyable.

New Orleans Aug 2024 - Loved seeing the city from the top of the bus. It was wonderful. Viewing the beads in the trees and the beautiful iron work on the galleries and balconies was delightful. Very knowledgeable tour guides.

First Timers Excellent Choice - If you have never been to NOLA this is an exvellent way to start your trip. You can ride the bus around and get a sense of what is where. We rode the bus all the way around the first trip and then from there we used it to hop off or on where and when we wanted. Normally we love to walk, even longer distances but the heat in August made it to our benefit to ride to where we wanted to get off and walk around if it was a further distance. The guides are not all equal, we had a 3 day pass so experienced a few different guides. I will have to say Lying Lori was the best!! We went on the cemetary tour, which was great!! We went on the Garden Tour and our guide was Colin. He was exceptionally great. He had so much information and made the tour interesting and fun, even though it was the last one of the day in 35 degree heat. It is mostly shady from the large trees along the route but I am sure after 5 hours of tours one after another it would be hot. Colin was also more than willing to answer any questions the group had for him. We also had a French Quarter tour with our package but we were staying there and found we ran out of time to do everything, so we wandered around the French Quarter by ourselves on all our spare time in the evenings. I would highly recommend this hop off and on bus for anyone who has never been here before or even if you have as an economical way to get a ride in the heat of the day if its too hot to walk. The sights from the bus are great as well especially sitting on the upper deck. I would suggest making the cover on the upper deck go all the way from front to back on all the busses during the peak hot season. The busses get pretty full and if you have to catch the last one and its full and you have to sit on top in the sun, it is pretty hot!!!
