An excellent experience. - This was a Christmas present from our children and I cannot praise highly enough. We did the long cruise which took around four hours. The food was excellent, as good as you’d get anywhere and the staff were friendly and efficient. As it is nearly Christmas there were crackers on the tables and Christmas trees which was a nice touch. If you would like a different view of Sydney Harbour this definitely fits the bill.

Rainy Saturday in Sidney - Nice trip, even on a rainy day. Good food and excellent service. The band on board played a little too loud.

What no commentary? - Lovely cruise but disappointed that there wasn’t a commentary unless you downloaded an app. Sometimes you just want to sit back and relax without fiddling with your phone.

Nice to see Sydney Opera House from the water, otherwise doubtful. - It was too much to go back and forth if you booked a three-course lunch. The first part was good when you saw Sydney Opershouse from the water. Unfortunately the fish was dry i.e. the food was not good enough.

Not bad, but could have been better - We boarded our vessel at darling harbour, the meal was lovely, the views
Spectacular (even though it was rainy) .
We paid extra for a guaranteed window seat, yet there was only about 4’tables occupied on the whole floor.
The thing that disappointed us was being a sightseeing cruise we had expected some commentary of tourist sights as we went along

dont use a voucher on these cruises or you could sit on the dunny and then they will charge you to up grade to a table - don't ok a cruise with this company I have tried 3 phone calls to this company they have 0292061111 number and no complaints team and no management above the phone operator.
if you buy a red balloon voucher which we did there is no guarantee of where you will be seated and if you want a window seat
which is what's advertised on the red balloon cpc212 you don't get that table you have to up grade 17 dollars per person not only that but the voucher or ticket doesn't guarantee a table near a window its a seat anywhere on the boat and you will be charged to upgrade.
if you google for any phone number other then 02 920 6111 there is non and the people that man the phones can only do booking all other communication is via email.
i would recommend no one to board this vessel or any other in the fleet because if there is a issue you have no one to contact
