Much better than even expected - Excellent fabulous outstanding. Paul Kelly was the best! Excellent insight from his experience of living here and great knowledge and details of many different aspects and he was in no hurry to push us through but was also very respectful of our time. Fantastic - I was concerned we might have a tour guide who wasn't even alive during 9/11. However, Dana was the complete opposite. She was profoundly affected by 9/11 and incredibly knowledgeable about the events of that day, the buildings, and the entire rebuilding process. She was amazing, and so is the memorial.

Great knowledge of a sad day. - Very good tour guide. Glad we booked and went with Tim. He was very knowledgeable. He took us to different places close by, which I think we would not of known about if we hadn’t been on the tour, like the American Express building memorial. The tour seemed to go very quickly but was over two hours long. At the end we didn’t have to queue to get into the museum part, as he got us in through the side door. Definitely book a tour with Tim, you will learn so much more.

Amazing and heartfelt 9/11: Ground Zero Walking Tour with our guide, Tim Douglas. - We did the walking tour around Ground Zero. Tim Douglas was our guide and he was amazing. He included everyone in our tour group, at least 20 people, in the tour and interacted with all of us. Somehow, he asked our names one time and remembered them throughout the tour. He shared stories and knew the information about Ground Zero, the day of 9/11 and all the memorial sites. Tim was one of the best tour guides we have experienced.

He kept the tour lighthearted when it needed to be and respectful when it needed to be, such is the nature of the tour. Thoroughly enjoyed it and was a highlight of our visit to NYC.

Wonderful experience. - Took the tour on Monday, Oct 28 at 1:00 pm. Had the great luck of having Tim Douglas as our guide . Very well spoken , knowledgeable , with a bit of humour to offset the somber feelings we were having. He remembered everyone’s name , which is a great feat. All in all, an amazing experience.
