- Wheelchair transportation must be requested in advance
- Tours can be bilingual/multilingual as they are offered in many different languages
- Children under the age of 2 are free, please advise at time of booking if infant is traveling
- For tours with fewer guests, vans may be substituted
- In Philadelphia’s old quarter there is limited access for the bus which can cause difficulties for those with trouble walking.

Philadelphia rocks! - The tour guide, James, was brilliant. I really appreciated his clear delivery of the timing and expectations around the schedule for the day. He was extremely knowledgable about historical aspects related to the places visited. Absolutely loved all aspects of the Philadelphia part of the trip, and would have loved to spend even longer there. The Amish farm experience was interesting. The market was not a place I would choose to visit, but the shopping aspect certainly seemed to appeal to the others on the trip.

If you are at all interested in learning and experiencing the Amish way of life then book right now! - Philadelphia should not be missed - if for nothing else then all the history at least. After all it is the US 'birth place' and also the capitol prior to DC. The tour after visiting the historic side - which included a visit to the first house of congress, takes you to the famous `Rocky ` steps - a must for all the fans!
The absolute highlight for us was our visit to Amish Country and the family farm where you get a buggy ride around the farmland get to see the farm animals up close. We got a chance to speak to the residents of the farm and discuss the Amish way of life. It was informative, educational and above all adventurous. Surprisingly self sustaining community in the middle of no where. Amongst many produce they make fresh cheese in the farm which was delicious.
If you are at all interested in learning and experiencing the Amish way of life then book right now!

Excellent day - good experience. - I loved Philadelphia and the many historic places we saw there. It appears to be a really lovely city. However I skipped the Rocky Steps as I was not interested and never seen the movie. The Amish farm was great and their products were really good. The shopping village was commercial and the fast food terrible. How can you ruin an open chicken sandwich? I can't understand why everything is sweet. Could had done without this visit. Our guide was fantastic and gave lots of information, kept us on time and together. Carlos our bus driver was excellent. This tour is really worth doing despite my personal dislikes.

Independence Hall and the... - Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. I was very disappointed that we did not have admittance to the Betsy Ross House. I feel like it was great addition to the trip but then to not be able to go in and see it was disappointing.
I also feel like a cooler full of water would have been a great perk at very little cost to the company.

Very nice trip. Learned a lot - I found it a nice trip. In the bus we had 2 languaces. The guide had to put the time between the 2 groups. That toe to much effort. Beter is 1 languance.

Just okay - This was fun, but not super informative. Our tour guide literally fell asleep on the bus and was snoring. For long bus drives I’ve been on before, the guides have given us information while on the way. We did have tour guides for most of the locations we stopped, but it was disappointing that the journey wasn’t explained.

Not Happy - Beware,The Philadelphia part is hours of walking (which is not advertised) I choose my trips while in NYC very carefully as I have mobility issues and can not walk far. when we got to the second stop in Philadelphia and everyone off the bus we were informed that we would be walking the 2 to 3 hours when I said in that case I will go back on the bus and wait. I was told the bus had gone and it was not coming back this way so I had no choice but to follow the others. I had to stop so many times on the way I lost the tour and eventually caught with them by this time my legs were swollen and so sore. I enjoyed the Amish part but would have enjoyed it more if not in so much pain. I am sure normal healthy people would have enjoyed it but I am just so angry they did not advertise that there is 3 hrs of walking involved. I had to cancel a trip I had booked the next day as I could not walk and lost $300 because of it. one more thing I was angry about was the tour guide informed us as we were getting to the end of our trip that it is customary in NYC to tip and suggested that we give 20 to 30% as we disembarked both guides stood each side of the steps out of bus with a bag collecting tips. I found this very intimidating and felt we were being bullied into giving a tip. I have been on 8 other trips and outings while in NYC for 2 weeks and not one other informed us about tipping before leaving their tour.
