Relaxing, exciting and enjoyable - Our guide Carlos was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to share history of Boston. Trip from NY to Boston was relaxing even though it lasted 14 hours.

Informative and fun! - The tour guide was very informative and polite. During leisure time, the tour guide would give us suggestions where to eat. The trip was very organized and Brian, the tour guide made sure that everything ran smoothly. I enjoyed this trip, but I was disappointed with the bus because it was uncomfortable I felt all the potholes on the road..

Quick Boston tour if you only have one day - NYC traffic is crazy but this is worth the trip. Family and I enjoyed this trip, Harvard tour is our favorite. Wish we have more time.

Highly recommended trip - Although we were a bit late in our schedule, our guide did his best for us. Full knowledgeable and really helpful. Solved all our questions and also answered even questions not about our daily trip

Boston in 1 Day - We can not recall the name of our tour guide, she was a lovely German lady who was well read and travel which enabled her to give a good understanding of Boston and the history. While Quincy Markets was busy, it was great to see. There were adequate rest breaks at clean locations. Really enjoyed the opportunity to see Boston in 1 day.

Bad. - A tour where we bordered on seizure on the bus. Let me explain: we leave at 6.20 and we make the first stop at Harvard where the visit lasts very little. Then we move on to Boston where everything is done with extreme speed without showing you anything. The scary return... an endless journey. The agency should have known that on Friday there is always traffic (see statistics). So the return trip was destructive and lasted 7/8 hours. Bad bus ... old, dirty with air conditioning from fear (I attach photo). Inadequate guidance to manage a group. If I was in Italy I would have sued. Absolutely not worth the cost. There will definitely be better tours. If you choose, don't go there on a Friday. Beautiful Boston and deserves to be seen more calmly

Average! - The tour was in English and Italian, so the tour guide Carlo tried to make most of it. But we (the English speaking were the fewer) had to run in order to listen... The bus had no wifi, not in very good condition, the driver was not that careful... Boston was lovely but the tour was very average.

Speed tour - Tour was too hurried. Harvard speed walk, library same. Pilgrims trail too. Quincy Market just about okay and time to eat. Boston tea party rooms, no time to sit and drink tea. Just 15 minutes from coach and back. 6.30am start from NYC return 8.30pm a couple of comfort breaks on the journey. Disappointing

NOT ADA dependable - If there’s a person needing accessible transport make extra sure it’s TRUE; my group of 3 got left at the curb at 6:30 am pick up time because there was NO access for one person in group in wheelchair who needed transportation (company couldn’t offer transportation after it was verified and agreed that one person was in a wheelchair & I was assured person could be transported; I clearly informed Viator even prior to booking of tour)
