Great rental place - Great guys , very helpful. Went with 2 kids and they provided good bikes. Biked for 2 hours in Central Park. We recommend this place !

No nonsense Bike Place - This place was fast, reasonably priced and at a great location. We got our bikes in 10 minutes max with a map. No instruction or questions but quickly. They are not super friendly, but they are efficient. I would study your Central Park map before you start if it is your first time. We just darted out myself and my 3 college age sons. We figured out after a bit some yelling from locals where to ride - counterclockwise around the park. Our bikes were in good shape, and it was a fun afternoon. If you struggle to ride, I would get an electric bike. There are a lot of hills in the park.

Biking around Central Park at our pace - We rode around Central Park for a few hours and it was beautiful! Mark was super helpful. Highly recommend. We were able to take our time and bike at our pace, seeing the sights we wanted to. Used the locks to go grab a bite outside of the park. Great time!

Amazing - Amazing service of Jaime and quality-price, the view of central park was very nice. You can see it easy and fast in these bikes.

Perfect - Perfect bikes. We drove all by ourselves around manhattan. Great service. We had fun and the bike lanes were safe. We recommend this. They have good prices

Run away! - Really reading the reviews, I do not understand what is good about this rental service. From the reception we are thrown a paper to sign without listening to our questions. We were there from the opening with a sightseeing pass, maybe that is the difference. We had rotten bikes. No other terms. I a way but well it can pass for a rental bike. The second one, no brakes, bravo security. And our daughter's clearly had a big problem. He wasn't moving. You had to press like crazy to move forward. Luckily she is tall so I was able to take her bike to relieve her because she was really struggling. The crankset even jammed once so my foot ripped and burst to the ground, lucky it was me because my daughter could have hurt herself very much. We went back to the store and they clearly didn't care. They took care of us once the customer flow left and the bikes went back to rent despite our remarks. And so much for us they could do nothing. I am shocked and I really do not understand where the professionalism of this shop is!!!!

No good idee.... - I did two things with them. One was renting a bike for a whole day and then the broeklin bridge tour. We rented the bike at the Central Park establishment, and the tour was the verttek point at the other establishment. And there's the big problem. Although both of these establishments have the same name, they do not work together. I had to pay for everything twice. I had already rented a bike at central park, but I couldn't use it for the tour. I had to rent a bike twice, fill out paperwork twice, pay for insurance twice and thus paid way too much for the whole thing. But I couldn't get out of it anymore, they threatened to write everything off my credit card, I had made a reservation. On my comment that I had already rented a fiest and I was not allowed to take it with me to the other branch they did not care. I had booked a tour and that included a bike rental from that branch, not from the other branch. The bikes were reasonable, only shifting was lousy and there was no splash board on them. That is inconvenient after a heavy rain like we had. So the back was full of splatters. There are alternatives, I would choose that
