3rd time!!! - 3rd time renting from this company. Very fun, helpful, flexible staff. Excellent, well maintained e- bikes. So convenient to Central Park. We will definitely be back again soon.

Perfect e-scooter trip with kids in Central Park - It was a great experience riding the e-scooter through Central Park with the kids for three hours. The paths are excellently developed and ideally suited for this. The service was very friendly, we were competently advised and everything went quickly and easily both on loan and return.

Highly recommended bike hire - Great service and well maintained bike. A very easy process to hire and return. Close to Central Park. Had a blast. Definitely recommended.

Take your time and do absolutely - Shop near Central Park, it offers bikes in good condition and very fast. I rented for an hour to go around the park, but it's too just to take full advantage and take photo breaks. You have to be careful, because there are many people, we were there at 9am and there is already a lot of activity.

Good Service but additional insurance costs - The receipt of the bike and the briefing went smoothly. Unfortunately, however, an insurance fee of $15.71 was charged on site for 2 e-bikes, although we did not want to use them. According to staff, there was no choice when booking through TripAdvisor. However, this cannot be deduced from TripAdvisor’s description, only that no insurance is included in the price, but not that insurance must be taken out. It should be mentioned in the description there that insurance must be paid additionally on site.
