Never so easy to ride in New York - A ride to Central Park with a bike with three gears, stable and well maintained. We had so much time to enjoy this wonderful green space. Upon acceptance we were offered helmets for added safety. Staff available. Great experience

So fun! Good Bikes. Good Ride. - The employees were so nice and helpful. No problem getting the bikes and returning them. Bikes were in good shape. Riding around Central Park was very nice. Not a lot of street use to get into the park. Thank you Fancy Apple!

Great experience - We booked online at home in the UK, we booked an electric bike & e scooter which was easy & simple to do. On the day, they allowed us to collect early, explained how to use the equipment and got us up and going in no time. Right near Central Park so we spent a good three hours exploring, we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day and hired them again at a great price and got an hour free and took the cycle route right down to Battery park and up the other side. Would recommend.

Everything perfect 👌 - Apart from highly recommending the experience (we did manhattan-brooklyn-manhattan for free), we recommend this company for the friendliness of the staff. Un 10.

My son and I had a great time - The location was close to Central Park and the service was great. The only negative is that one of our batteries went dead and we had to go all the way back to the shop to get a new battery. We were right away in the morning and the batteries didn't get charged over night.

Poorly Organised Tour - I'll start with the positives of this experience. The e-bikes themselves where in very condition. The tour guide also did the best he could in the circumstances. Main issue is they do not provide headsets (which we received on many other tours). when you have a large group (we had 20) all travelling at different speeds it is impossible to hear the guide explain things - he mainly shows the people at the front with him. you only hear parts of it when we stopped at each location. Our personal experience was horrible - started with them not having our booking and overbooking the tour. Then telling us we would have to go on another tour (and talking in front of us in russian). When we said that wasn't acceptable (as we did not have time available) and we wanted a refund they insisted we rejoin the tour that had already left. we ended up being 1/2 behind by the time they sorted out our bikes. No discount was offered nor any apologies for their error.

An option in New-York, rating is 'just ok', mediocre - Low quality bikes, (but worse exist) , guide is ok... but not great, reception is ok... but not great. We did 2 bikes rides with a guide, the Brooklyn bridge tour and the Central Park tour. Search for something better... if available

Choose your bike rental company wisely - Junky e-bikes! Took 1/2 hour past reservation time to get the bikes. You know they had to sort through all of the “broken” bikes to find ones that worked. The icing on the cake was a 1/4 into the ride around Central Park the bike died…. What really makes me angry is that I called them a half dozen times for a rescue, they don’t answer the phone!!!!! Horrible service, better bike rentals elsewhere.
