• Gather at Le Pain Quotidien, located just above Sheep’s Meadow inside Central Park at 2 West 69th Street.
• Bring your own yoga mat, or rent one from us. (Please inform us in advance if you need a mat! Availability is limited, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.)
• Once assembled, we’ll find a grassy spot for our BEGINNER-FRIENDLY session.
• A professional yoga instructor will guide you through breathing exercises and yoga poses for one hour, surrounded by nature, while the city hums around us.
• The entire experience typically lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to finish.
• Afterward, your instructor will take photos for you to share with friends.
