Beyond the iconic places of interest, riders can appreciate an aerial tour across the historic Uptown Manhattan (Columbia University & Harlem) and The Bronx (Yankee Stadium). Ponder about stepping up from the Basic Tour and you’ll become more familiar with New York than a local!
- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
- A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
- All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
- All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

Thunderbirds are go! - Excellent ride time. Spent time with my lads before takeoff explaining everything that was to happen.Great waiting area and customer service.

The flight of a lifetime - From the moment my name was read out to go next on the helicopter to the moment I left the building to go back to my hotel it was the most wonderful experience and special a thank you to everybody working there and (most definitely including the pilot) who all helped it be so amazing.

Manhattan Helicopter in New York.. is a deluxe helicopter the proffessional team Of Manhattan helicopter is cares about the clients experience the Manhatta Helucopter absolutely worth it..it was the best exoerience of 4 day trip both everyone .the helicopter tour guide very helpful and excelkent for driving.. the companies should be taking care and safety..enjoy 12- 13 minutes helicopter ride .giving you the top view of all the city's iconic

Great but could be better! - Possibly too short for the deluxe service and a suggestion to provide an exciting buildup to the helicopter experience at the base. Kindly noted that all the staff were very friendly. A suggestion of aviation styled uniforms and "come fly with me" and similar music would enhance the experience.

Okay - Office and ground staff were lovely - friendly and helpful.
Although there was a safety video playing, no one was actually monitoring if anyone was paying attention or watching it.
Unfortunately as a solo traveller I was put in with a rather noisy family group. On the headset I was unable to hear the pilot's commentary. I did speak into the microphone twice to tell him, but ended up giving up as he either could not hear me or ignored me - no idea which. I could hear the family speaking and the pilot speaking to the lady in the front seat, but no commentary, I ended up just taking the headset off.
Lovely views, but no idea what anything was, therefore it made my experience disappointing and expensive.
I did tell the staff in the office.

Horrible - Avoid it, it’s a tourist trap!!
I booked for 20 minutes, and an explanation in French. We only did 10 minutes and the explanation was in English. A complicated organization, unpleasant employees I regret having booked.
