A powerful, insightful and comprehensive experience into a city's underground infrastructure. - Rayn was incredibly insightful, knowledgeable, and his information was immensely comprehensive about NYC at large. I was born in NYC and had no idea about the incredible history of the subway system. It was beautiful journey, I now have a new perspective and appreciation for city infrastructure. Thank you Rayn. I would sign up for this again and highly recommend to others.

NY Subway-so much to learn! - I didn't exactly know what to expect but it was great. Ryan knows his stuff and it was fun to be guided and explore the Subway a little with him. I felt like he could do an 8-how tour easily with his knowledge level. It's great to be with passionate people and Rayn certainly is that. My only regret is not taking him up on his paper subway system map.

Uncovering Hidden Gems of NYC: A Must-Do Subway Tour - We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Rayn was extremely knowledgeable and funny. There’s so much in plain sight that New Yorkers miss every day. Multiple times, commuters leaned in to learn more about their surroundings and even asked questions themselves. This tour was the one we were most excited about, and it delivered. It’s not just for visitors—every New Yorker could learn more about their subways and their interesting and sometimes colorful past.

Educational and Entertaining - Rayn gave our class a great tour of the subway. We learned about the history of the system and I have fun facts to tell my friends all summer long. Drip pans! I appreciated all the effort Rayn put in to compile binders of historical information and visuals and the inside perspective he gave as a former employee. I highly recommend taking this tour!

Amazing Subway tour - Rayn is very knowledgeable on the subways with lots of history. He’s also patient with a professional personality. If I ever get another chance for a subway tour it would be with Rayn.

Informative and Fun Tour! - The tour was super informative and easy. There's always a concern when doing subway tours, but Rayn was amazing in sharing unique facts and details about the city's subway system. Definitely a tour to try out if you are curious! Great for kids as well.

Fabulous tour of the Brooklyn subway - Rayn gave us a fabulous tour of the Brooklyn subway. He is a font of knowledge and had great stories. Even my 14 year old who is a subway aficionado was impressed. We learned so much about the subway that we didn't know - he pointed out many details that I had never noticed, even thought I take the subway daily. The highlight was seeing the ghost subway platforms that I didn't even know were there. I would highly recommend any of subway Rayn's tours. Even native New Yorkers such as myself found it interesting.

Fun 2-hour tour for any NYC transit lover - Rayn was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the NYC subway system writ large and clearly passionate about the topic! Rayn also accommodated the groups' different needs throughout the tour and was able to improvise on the spot -- something required for an afternoon exploring BK subway stations!
