Perfect Christmas outing - Everything about it was excellent!! The tour guide and driver were so nice wonderful evening! Would highly recommend!

Great night of lights - This is a must !!! The tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Stephan was very informative and entertaining. We had a bilingual group so he gave the guide in English and German flawlessly. Our bus trip out was great. Stick with the guide at the neighborhood, they know the best houses. We stopped going and coming for photo ops of the city skyline. The pickup spot was a little confusing. Wait in front of the of Juniors on broadway. I highly highly recommend this tour.

Brilliant trip, with... - Brilliant trip, with spectacular views and information about the history of NYC. Definitely our best tour yet. Stefan was a brilliant tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting facts and stories of the places we passed through.

Amazing!!!Pay the money and take the trip!!!!! - The lights are amazing!!!! The bus trip itself is fun!!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and told us tons of history about NYC, Brooklyn and the surrounding areas. We made several stops and had lots of opportunities for good pictures. This is definitely a 10/10

More time needed at the Dyker Lights - Great trip, but could have done without the first stop and more time viewing the lights, it was all a bit of a rush around!!

Not a German speaker - We were 3 of 5 English-speakers among 45 German speakers. Why were we not informed so we could have opted for another time? Also, never received an itinerary. Thought we had signed up to spend 3 hours in a warm bus. Stefan was great and did his best; however, 5 hours of listening to others enjoy the conversation in German quickly became boring. NYC vistas and Dykers were awesome, of course. Only Stefan gets 5 stars.

Completely saddened - We had left an hour before needing to be at the meeting point. Because of the amount of people, that still wasn’t enough time. We called the phone number provided several times to tell them we were going to be late but no one ever answered the call. My husband and I both left voicemails that went unanswered. We got to the meeting place at 4:33 (meeting time said 4:30) and there was not one bus found. Again, we called the phone number listed and no answer. So not only did we miss out on the experience but we lost the money because it’s non-refundable. Very disheartening and unprofessional.

Not worth the money.... - Not worth the money. While walking different tours were mixed within each other. Our tour guide had a yellow flag which was difficult to see if you were further back. The area is not lit up so you really needed to watch where you were walking.
