Enlightening - The experience was amazing. I enjoyed all the background information that the guide shared. Seeing what everyone had to go through to enter America was very enlightening.

Las Vegas Does NYC - So much information and the BEST tour guide ever! Daniyel was AMAZING. He gave a personal touch to the tour. He interacted with every person on the tour. He made it interesting and even memorized everybody’s home town! I’m sure he will always remember Las Vegas 🎰

It took forever, but it was cool - It was very cool, but there’s like five layers of security like one security for everything seagulls attack you for having a piece of food out and the drum place final part is the lines in the boat wide is like five hours

Statue of Liberty tour - I found a great deal on Groupon for this guided tour during our visit for the new year. About four of us went for about $55 which was a good deal I thought. It was a guided boat tour to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. It was very cold and windy due to the fact of the time of year plus we were right on the water we almost froze to death while waiting in line, lol. The tour guide which was the captain of the boat was very nice and explaining everything as we rode along and he made sure that both sides of passengers got a chance to view the Statue of Liberty and take plenty of pictures and videos he did a very good job explaining he was very hospitable and nice to everybody. Even though it was freezing we were glad to get on the boat which we chose to sit on the bottom as they had a refreshment stand on the bottom that included hot chocolate drinks and warm fresh pop popcorn

More time - I was a 4 hour tour so we gave it 4 hours and had to be somewhere after that. That ment even though we could have spent more time on Ellis Island (you really need more time) we could not had to hurry off, only about 30 minutes there. Five yourself at least 5 or 6 hours to do both

Tour guide disappeared, after paying for one - The experience started out very good, our guide, I cannot remember his name but it might have been Daniel, the said he worked in theatre and plays instruments & has done the tour hundreds of times. We arrive to Ellis Island where he gave a tour, told us we had about an hour to walk around, then meet him back by the tall columns in a specific time. We met an Irish couple & and English couple that was part of our group. We all were looking for him until the line got really long. It was a huge disappointment he was not where he told us to meet him. I am requesting you send my contact information to the Irish ladies & English couples. I left the tour boat without giving them my contact information. Please make reference to my reservation & who was part of the group. All of them were also complaining about our tour guide leaving us. Especially since we paid for a tour & did not have one. Please refund us
