Great Experience! - The tour was self-guided. We purchased the tickets to go to the 102nd floor. They all have entry times on them, but no one made us hurry along. The museum told about the construction of the building. It was fascinating! We went to the 80th floor first and then the 86th. It was a cold day and brutally cold and windy outside on the 86th floor, but the views were stunning. There are arrows on the ceiling pointing to various landmarks in NYC. We went up to the 102nd floor in a glass elevator. These views were even more stunning. Compass directions on the floor helped with orientation. I used Google maps to find landmarks. It was well worth the money.
