Good half day tour covering NYC - Tom was amazing, very experienced and professional - we loved his stories and how he managed the whole group! Alan the bus driver on the other hand was rude and made our experience at the end end on a bit of a sour note.

One of the highlights of our visit to New York - Jim Quinn (guide) and Mark (driver) were fantastic. Jim provided tons of interesting facts about various landmarks along the route and pulled upon his experiences to give a personal perspective on NYC. Plus, he has a great sense of humour. Mark, our driver, was highly skilled, navigating those tight spots of urban traffic. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our recent visit to New York.
