Good pizza tour - Great! The pizza was very good and being able to cut the long lines and go in the pizza shops before they open was great

A must for Pizza lovers - We had our tour with David. He was so informative and super friendly. We went to John’s then went to L’Industrie Pizzeria and ended up at Denino’s Pizzeria and Tavern. The pizza was delicious at all of them. Highly recommend this tour.

Great time had by us all - Our family, 2 adults, 14 and 12 year olds absolutely loved this tour. Our guide was informative, we learnt so much about pizza, both the history and ingredients. The pizza restaurants chosen really showed how the different sauce, cheese and oven used can alter the texture and taste. All the pizzas were delicious, but we definitely had a favourite (you’ll make up your own mind). Highly recommend and when we return to NYC we’ll be back to try more.

AMAZING - DO IT - This was one of my favourite NY experiences!!!
Having travelled to the City with my boyfriend and friend from the UK to celebrate my 40th Birthday, we took the tour on Valentines day.
IMMEDIATELY, David made us feel welcome at John's; the longest serving pizzeria in NYC, and uses a coal oven. The history was fascinating, and included props (coal) which delighted my boyfriend who was able to share his family history of coal mining in the Old York (Yorkshire :) ).
We then visited Lindustrie, which has only been opened for 18 months, and uses innovative and modern techniques with their dough.
Our final stop was Brunetti, whose pizza's have traditional Naples vibes. Here, David told us about how the concept of pizza originated, and we got to try dough (from their wood oven), sauce and cheese all separately before enjoying a slice.
The whole experience was SO much fun and really interesting. The walk trough Greenwich Village, where we got a photo opportunity at the friends Village was a real bonus, with much more tranquil and communal atmosphere than midtown Manhattan.
To document and commemorate the tour, we were given a pizza lover's wristband, pencil and notebook, where we were able to rate every aspect of each slice, with a bonus recipe at the back.
My friend had done the tour with Scott almost 10 years previously with her Husband and had recommended, and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I had been hesitant to commit several hours just to pizza being there is SO much to see and do in New York, but this was the best spent 3 hours!
When David asked which of the 3 was our favourite, I absolutely could not decide, as they were all unique and DELICIOUS!

Pizza tour - Dave the tour guide is really terrific and very knowledgeable. He makes the experience both fun and educational. It doubles as a fun walk tour of the West village of New York.

Fun for our whole family - I don't write a lot of reviews, but this was a highlight of our trip. Our guide, David, was so knowledgeable and made the tour a lot fun. My kids loved it as well. We would highly recommend adding this to your itinerary.

Fun time - Our guide , Laura, was great. Knowledgeable and personable.
We went to 3 different pizza spots, all packed, to sample 3 different styles of pizza. There was ample pizza, though including a nonalcoholic drink would have been nice. Our tour had 5 people, which was nice.
Great way to spend a couple hours.
