A very moving experience - What an interesting and moving trip; a must do for anyone visiting NYC. Our guide, Christopher was very informative with a great sense of humour. He made what was a very somber subject very bearable. What a dark day in the history of the world that should never be forgotten, there were any times when I had tears in my eyes. The trip is approx 2 hours and covers the whole site except the museum so make sure if you want that it's included.

Local knowledge added personal touch - The first hand experiences from our guide were emotional and touching , giving an indite of the lasting impact 911 had on the local people once the world television cameras had left and the rebuilding began. David our guide was amazing he had such knowledge and passion, he involved everyone on the tour and encouraged questions, and wanted to now how 911 had effected our lives. He was also helpful taking pictures for us .

Interesting and so informative. - Christopher was a wonderful tour guide. He was well versed about the history of 9/11. He had a great speaking voice and made the tour so pleasant. Christopher even took pictures for me so I could be in all the pics! He’s a good photographer as well as a tour guide. I “thought” my tour included the museum fee also. However, we did not get to go to the museum which was a disappointment. My response to that is just be careful and get everything you want your tour to include when you sign up. All in all I would say this tour is very worthwhile and worth the money.

I wanted to teach my 14... - I wanted to teach my 14 year old grandson about 9/11 without being too scary. This tour was perfect and I also learned a ton of new stuff. In addition to seeing the highlights, we learned about the heroism and grit of the everyone involved, especially the First Responders.

Had an unbelievable guide who walked us all though Ground Zero, telling intimate stories along the way. - The tour was amazing! Having a guide who lived so much of the experience made it well worth it! We would definitely book again!

9/11 insights from a local and forever views of the city! - We learned a lot of information about the details and timeline of what happened on 9/11. The 2 hour tour leader, Andrew, lived here at the time and could give local insights. Having a drink at the top of the One World Observatory was great. Glad we expanded the tour to include entrance and elevator ride. Thought my fear of heights might be problematic, but not at all. The views are incredible and it was not overly crowded.

Super Guide - Christopher was wonderful - a perfect guide for the 9/11 Memorial. He had so much personal experience. We left filled with knowledge and a better understanding of all the people involved in that castastrophe. If all your guides are like him we will be taking more of your tours.

I did not realize this is a WALKING tour - Excellent and knowledgeable guide. And when our cab got stuck in traffic coming from up north (Central Park), Christopher back tracked himself to get us in the group. But . Somehow when booking, I missed that this is a WALKING tour. We're from LA and.. we don't walk. The muscle aches lasted the rest of my stay in New York City.
