A classic that never disappoints - Reserved the table to avoid the line. Classic hard rock but this is in Time Square. Good choice of burgers and beer. Our double cheese was as good as beer. Expedited service. Nice waiters.

The iconic hard rock cafe Times Square is well worth a visit, but book your table if you can to save queuing. - If possible, pre book as it can get busy. If you pop in and book a table, they will send you a message for when the table is ready. The food was delicious, and the experience was made even better by Chad, our waiter. He was busy but always had time to assist you in anything you needed,

Typically Hard Rockingly Good - As with everything in December in Time Square, it is extremely busy and a booking is absolutely required! Also with every Hard Rock the building decor and wall mounted memorabilia are superb. Although it was very busy, the service was actually pretty efficient and the food very good. Even if, my order was not correct when it arrived, but I let it slide as my waitress was very nice.

NYC - hard rock - We like to visit Hard Rock Cafe’s wherever we travel and New York was no different. Our server was fantastic and friendly; took the time to ask us questions and get to know us as she served us. I’d say the food is a little overpriced for what you get, especially the “sharer” starters - we wanted a selection of these to pick at rather than a full meal. The atmosphere was great and it is a true Hard Rock Cafe vibe; glad we visited!

Great experience for us - We always try to go to a Hard Rock Cafe if there is one and we had nothing but great food and great service here! We have been to a few now and when we went just recently in New York it was just as good as always! Sorry to hear others didn’t have as good as experience as us.We would certainly go back!

Food is boring - service is top - The food is not worth the money, but the service does not fail at all. The whole setup around hard rock is the same from all over the world. But it is still a must go two when visiting NY.

Staff let down this restaurant… - Our first time in New York, but we have been to a few Hard Rock Cafe’s around Europe and always had excellent customer service, The food was lovely and you could not go wrong and it was a great restaurant! But the staff are abit disappointing, the server was okay he just seemed abit off his head as if he just smoked weed, Maybe that’s just him but was really odd! As we were paying I gave my boyfriend my phone to do this and he walked down with my boyfriend and said it’s always us men that have to pay for this sh*t which I thought was really rude! Considering we tipped him very well We then went to collect our glasses from the shop and the lady was so rude she never spoke one word to us just took our reciept bagged up the glasses and just pushed it towards us we were baffled! How can a place like this have such bad staff! I have worked in hospitality and around customers for years and even on a bad day I would never come across so rude. It really throws you off. I will say we went to the one in Cyprus and it was great we would return just not New York Hard Rock Cafe..

Not worth it. - Me and my teenage son popped in for lunch on Sunday. We were seated promptly but that is where the positive ends. Our food took over 35 minutes to come, the waitress kept telling us it was coming and topping up our drinks. When it did arrive it was mediocre at best. Steak fajitas was lacking enough steak to make the 4 tortillas. The grilled chicken burger was dry and not nicely presented.

Music too loud - Was there on Christmas Eve with family. The food was fairly good but seriously overpriced. Our server was friendly and welcoming. The one big complaint I have is that the music was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. One of our party ended up with a headache because of this resulting in us leaving early. I have been to Hard Rock cafes all over the world and have to say this one was very disappointing

Let Down - Our quirky family thing is to visit a Hard Rock in whatever country we can. The Time Square one was such a let down. Appreciate its December and its busy but service needs improving. Firstly they favour volume over service, the tables are so tight and back to back it’s ridiculous. Asked to move table to a table that wasn’t so tight but it wasn’t any better. Allot of people doing this when they walk in and asking to move. No room to stick your chair out and relax or you’re trapping in the table behind you in. Made the reservation months back and requested a booth - not acknowledged. Atmosphere was terrible with no signing or dancing or any form of entertainment unlike other restaurants in Egypt / Tenerife. Waiter wasn’t interested either, lack of 121 service. The worst part was the food, sub standard - fast food type. Burgers were dripping in oil and buns not warm. Horrible experience, such a letdown from a place we love.
